thanks smirk.i may be wrong but i do not think there can be any question of class 1, as they have already embarked on the notified body route to authorisation. .im no expert here but does that not preclude possible class 1 categorisation?

BE you will no doubt recall that we did have a small exchange of posts about the unseen pachydermal presence and in your post on 7th july at 23.24 you were, if i have understood you correctly,expressing concern that the actual effects of FUM3000 might be disappointing to users and might lead to poor repeat ordersand this was the elephant at that point. if i am correct is it still the same elephant or has another one (perhaps even bigger and more menacing) entered the room? obviously if it is the same elephant then its just speculation. no doubt some users will be disappointed but thats all down to how efficacious Med3000 is and how particular individuals respond to it. it's going to work in varying degrees on varying recipients. sometimes asprin works well, sometimes it doesn't. not too threatening an elephant imo.

i really think this is a complete non issue. personally i do not think it is possible to patent the method of action as such, as that is a physical process, as opposed to the formulation or the process steps involved in producing the physical response. imo this is a complete and pointless distraction from any serious issues of substance, with which investors other should be concerning themselves.other opinions are,i fear,available.

exactly bananaman.i think it is very positive indeed' in that it indicates the sentiment trend amongst a large (largish?) number of people. it must be a reasonable number i think as otherwise they would simply absorb the risk with the spreads..doesnt mean its going to go up in practice, but sentiment is good.

i understand your feelings bad bat but it would be regrettable if you or any other posters decided not to post factual information because of the negative posts from the likes of puddin.it's the factual information which is the only real value in these boards imo. it'swhy i read them. particularly helpful to those like me who aren't particularly tech savvy etc. however i do understand your viewpoint.

why would anyone who thinks a company is just a "smokescreen" keep 80% of their original investment in it.i have been in genuine smokescreens on occasion and when it becomes clear you run for the hills.

well there are 2 or 3 positives. first that recordati must think there is some mileage in things if they are prepared to scale up the manufacturing process. however I'm not sure what sort of revenue regent could be looking at bearing in mind it only gets a percentage of sales and will undoubtedly be calculated on a pretty low sale price, i imagine. ive no idea really but its better than nothing hopefully. next its good that the FDA trial recruitment seems to be going well despite the difficult circumstances. also china seems to going forward, albeit somewhat slowly and that we can expect some positive news this month. i still cannot understand the FDA timescale and the roadmap. they say that on the assumption that the trial is sufficient to convince the FDA that PEBEQ serves as an appropriate measure etc, then the pivotal p3 work could commence in the latter half of 2020 .howcan this be? how can they convince the FDAa bout the questionnaire if they haven't finished the p2 trial? is it something the FDA can assess before the trial is finished? I've no idea. anyway not going to worry about it.no doubt it is intended to convey a sense of confidence and optimism to talk about commercial partners just head of or while they conduct P3 ( I'm not holding my breath), but if true the that would potentially be a game changer.we shall see. feeling very fatalistic towards matters now .next 3/4 years should see the endgame here.will i be here to see it? (feeling my age today). who knows. still fingers crossed.

i have always thought and said that mvrs key attribute is quality. no guarantee of success in itself as it needs to combine with other factors as well,but if i was an A lister or even a B+ (or B- for that matter)i would be jealous of my image and would want to be associated with a quality product.i hope it remains NVRs strength and i for one am very pleased that they have not sought to try and capitalise short term on the covid situation by offering speedily but poorly produced products.
