boogie apologies .i didn't see your post before mine.it does, however, seem odd for Val to reply in the terms they have if the agreement is indeed dead letter.feeling a bit confused now.

also some artist are better than others at dealing with the "empty studio" scenario than others.it didn't seem to bother JoJo for example.

there is always scope for improvement but as kesha has had by far and away the most positive response in terms of viewing (my impression but correct i think) it hardly seems to have been much of a problem to the consumer. just another convenient peg to hang a negative hat on.

whilst accepting that the detail is no doubt regarded as commercially sensitive,i think i am correct in saying that the respective percentages under the revenue sharing agreement have never been disclosed.as such Val's response to the question raised is completely unhelpful and it is impossible to form any reliable view as to the impact of the agreement on val 201's commercial potential. 10/90, 90/10 ,50/50% ? anyone's guess.

haven't seen the performance so probably shouldn't comment but there have been a lot of performers who weren't always renowned for their faultless and controlled performances, e.g. amy winehouse, not saying its a good thing if there were some problems of course,but fans are very forgiving and often not particularly discerning.good to see some stronger figures.

yes ndr50 still some way to go, but feeling quite confident here .ive not joined in the patent debate (excellent find on epistileby the way) because of all the aspects of fum which could cause concern, the obtaining of a suitable patent for med 3000 has been bottom of the list.i don't want to go over ground already covered in the last couple of days, but i have never felt there was any real doubt about this being obtained in due course. important to remember that the process can be quite protracted (nothing unusual in that) so it could be quite some time before we hear on this aspect, imo, but not worried in the slightest personally over this point.
