Unfortunately, that post about that phone call, and the mentioning of Paul Scott has lesd to a near 20% drop in sp. Although the Chair dismissed the idea of a cash raise to fund future expansion plans, the Cat is out of The Bag. It has got investors worried. Well done for mentioning Paul Scott and his thoughts. And no, I do not see falls as buying opportunities, I'm full loaded thanks.
Ahhh, Swazers, The Clown Prince of Charting, I like that. Swazers posted about the drop in PHE sp;
'No one has escaped the pain in the past few years. It's a bear market.'
I did with PHE, I posted the day the RNS dropped about the collaboration with Peel, and putting the building of the FOAK in the hands of a third party. My exact words were ' It's schoolboy management'. The Fake was/is upset with me since I was proved right, and he, and swazers have been posting like Clowns. They don't like it 'upem'. The Fake is in his element over at Telegram Group. Being called Dr ( it's fake), and monitoring the posts. Anything not to his liking - banned from the board. He's a narcissistic authoritarian. The Clown will now post for him some dribble in reply, or probably, remove the post. I've got it copied, so can repost.
AGhmir. A few weeks ago, I suggested that you make EML cognisant of your posted comments on here. I gave you an email address with a name. Did you do this?, and if so, any response?. By all accounts EML have an Arabic speaking PDMR with knowledge of the market. It would not be a surprise if he knew nothing of the information you post on here.
VH. Are you on day release again. The posters on here are invested. You are not. We do not want your constant rubbishing of this share. We are aware of the failings and shortcomings. You have been irritating us for a few months. Many of us have been here years. Many of us still hold because it is not worth selling now, the monetary return is insignificant. Aandi was equally as obnoxious and the opposite to you. He could only see immense benefits in this company. He has done the honorable thing in this depressing 'jam tomorrow' news cycle from EQT and decided against posting, presumably on the basis to avoid further ridicule. Take a hint VH, be a damn good boy and Eff off. Thanx in advance.
Naturally the Herd Alpha agrees with a nonsensical post from dunnarunna. lol. He then states;
'As I have mentioned before if the permit isn't granted right now then, I cannot see why EML could not negotiate a satisfactory compromise given the huge financial benefits for the company, country & local employment opportunities the project brings.'
What is a satisfactory compromise you dolt. Water is the problem. The compromise is 'get water or no EISA'. There is no short term prospect of EISA, and that is why the failed BOD ( did not envisage a major water problem), and the CEO must go. The medium term solution is to get funding to build a Desal plant at the coast and pipe the water. Make the plant big enough to have a surplus to be sold. Or build plant local, and pipe saline water. A compromise!!! what are you on.?
Oh dear, dear Mat. The 'Darkside' have really got you. You were constantly on my back, on literally every one of my posts, for focusing on the negative sides, which predominantly was the incompetence of this BOD and PDMR's. All of us were ardent believers in the mine metrics. I had the foresight to sell the majority of my holdings without suffering losses. However, I still retain the hope of a favourable outcome, albeit, many months away, and hopefully with new leaders. Remember Mat, you were only allowed into the Twit room because you were an ardent supporter of Management. I will take a little credit, with the help of a few others, for removing your Herd Membership, but, as so often happens, you have swung far past the equilibrium point, to the extent that you are now the harbinger of doom. Mat, The Doom Merchant. Has a ring to it though Mat.
VH. You are lacking in some critical thinking I suggest. An 'oversupply of H2 by 2030'. hmm. You are obviously unaware that over 90% of H2 production at present is from the high C footprint process of Steam Reforming Methane. The leader in this production process is Shell. The vast majority of present H2 users, and probably all future requirements for H2 ( in transport, energy storage, etc) will want 'green' H2. The , literally, life threatening use of fossil fuels must be addressed urgently. Some fear it is already past the inflection point. The point being VH, there is a vast market now for Green H2 by just replacing SRM H2. The Golden Ticket for PHE is providing green H2 from another toxic substance, non recyclable plastics and tyres. Of course, the big question is, does it have the management to see this through, and does the technology work. The answer to both those questions at the present time is a resounding, no, but let's see a post from you 'slamming' the OnG industry for its role in the continuing and increasing global climate catastrophes.
AGhmir.
As far as I am aware, no EML PDMR's post on this board. You earlier post , I suggest, should be directed to Emmersonplc, it has a contact form on its website, or try this one:

Anyone can do that m8, show me a site with share prices from 10, 20 yrs ago and say how many they bought. Why not take a screenshot of your actual trades from the broker that you used, and copy that to us? How much CGT did you pay?
cheers m8.
At BOD level is obvious. Have we been told the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, in the saga to date, highly probable - not. However, we know there is Potash there, and the mine metrics are superb. I cannot see the Moroccans not allowing this source of a much needed commodity to remain underground indefinitely. The water 'problems' in The Kindom are not new, and cannot last forever. It may never rain again, but alternative sources must, and will be found, to include water for industry. So, it is a matter of time before EISA is approved. This could be years. I would refer to my previous suggestion that the Companies listing is suspended 'til as such time water problems have been solved. This will not be with rainfall, but with alternate sources, probably Desal plants, and a nationwide distribution system. However, this current BOD will draw every last penny from the accounts, and do a deal with OCP with cash payments to all of the BOD.
Patxaran.
Only fools would think a refuse company would go out on a limb and invest in 200+ DMG without a working plant. My post was to get the FOAK built, ie a working plant, and if results are as good as everyone hoped, then a worldwide distribution of DMG would have been probable.
I did not know that Keith worked at Veolia. That might be the reason it gave him the cold shoulder if he asked.
Can you think of a more obvious site for a DMG and a partner? Bet you can't. Don't tell me, a Technology Park? lol
Ideas, this comment made me laugh,
'So far no directors are standing down, which can happen in a sinking ship, so you might infer that they must believe it’s going to come through.',
a simpler explanation is that they all drawing a pay cheque at end of every month.
Alpha is now posting on HFR, a stock I mentioned sometime ago, albeit with a 'few problems' of it's own in Spain. However, it has also signed an offtake agreement for 75kt of salt per year. Not sure if this is included in the Eu1.8B NPV.
Quoted on Oz Exchange ( premium paid for dealing there), currently 37 cents, about 19p, and a MC of c £80M
The 'stand out' schoolboy error from this incompetent BOD was the SPV which, not only gave a third party the rights to all 'sales' of DMG in UK, but, more importantly, the building of the FOAK. An incredible act of stupidity, which was borne out by subsequent 'lack' of events.
I did mail the copant well before this SPV with, in my opinion, the most logical way forward, which satisfied the major considerations, those being availability of feedstock, a site with planning permission, easy access, and few problems with vehicular traffic. Thses sites are abundant in the UK, and are called Refuse Collection and Disposal sites. Every conurbation has a few of them, some very large, albeit French owned. Veolia would have been a decent start, and still is. It may even have been conducive to putting some of it's own money into the FOAK, and with their Worldwide operation, could have been , and still might be, the way to get a few hundred DMG plants operating. It's a 'win win' scenario.
Unfortunately, this shambles of a BOD do not have the intellectual capacity to see further than their end of month pay cheque.
H2hooo.
Your post was well thought out, and grammatically very correct.
Unfortunately, for you, the use of the phrase pasted below;
'Powerhouse Energy is developing technology that addresses the global crisis of plastic waste, which, if successful, could lead to substantial returns.'.
and in particular, the use of 'if'. This is the whole raison d'etre of the Company, and if the technology lacks in a few important aspects, the whole of your diatribe was meaningless and a waste of your time.
WE have been led to believe for many years that a 'working' plant had been installed at Chester Uni. I believe this was BS.
The World is in desperate need of technology to rid the planet of non recyclable plastics and tyres. PHE has been 'toying' with this for many years now, and made some schoolboy errors along the way. i am still waiting to see any evidence that PDMRs have learned from them.
Ideas. 'Sell the govt 25% for £4M'. hmmm.
The 'Govt' control award of EISA. If nowt happens , sp will drift down to 1p. 'Govt' can then get 25% for under a million. Or wait until administration, and get it for free. If the 'Govt' is truly 'on board' with all the obvious benefits a mine will bring to both local and National economies, it would have done considerably more than it is doing now, which is zilch.
Alfa BTSea returns with a some knowledge, ie, Graham is in Morocco, or was there.! Was this a ' Xitter',? (Twitter must now be binned.) Remember, X, in most languages is pronounced as Sch, which is perfect. I am fairly certain the 'visit, would include wifey, for moral support, and would be centred at a coastal locations, probably on a beach front, to investigate salt water desalination. I am more than certain that the only thing that will transpire from this holiday is a sunburn.
You know who you are.
Go back 12, 18, 24, 36 months, when I and a few others were attempting to explain the problems with the BOD and their 'work rate', and results. Inevitably shot down by the Herd, it was about 3 years ago that I coined the phrase.
Looking at recent posts, The Herd members in the corner with the dunces hat. lol. The only satisfaction I have is that I sold most of my holding some time ago, ie. put my money where my mouth is.
GW62. You say that no-one is happy with things at EML, however, you post reasons why the BOD can't do this, can't do that. You have become the chief apologist for this shambles of a BOD. Of course it can tell us what it is doing. If it has meetings planned with various authorities, what steps it is taking to advance EISA approval. It is not State secrets, Let me give you a clue, S/Hs own the effing company, the BOD work at our behest, and on our behalf. Let it show us.
