To answer BTS (?), of course there can be a resubmission. The original one was rejected. The definition 'unable to approve' is, 'does not meet the stated requirements' or rejected, naturally, a new submission can be made if these 'objections' have been met, which we are led to believe is the case. Any discomfort from authorities now can only mean It wants EML out of the site.
I want this to be my final post mentioning you, you need 2 more for apols. to me and Patxaran. You said to him you do not 'get personal. lol. Do you really want me to post your posting history attacking not only me but other posters. Rooky made an excellent point in 'different' opinions can be accepted without insults. This started my spat with the Fraud, when I had to point ott the disaster awaiting the' schoolboy management' Peel 'tie up' ad his assertion delays were caused by the time take to get a SPV. I informed him a decent Lawyer can get one 'in a day' at Court. After this he trading insults and said my living in Copacabana was 'in my head'. This is not the debating style of a Doctorate, and I accused him of being a fraud. I have worked in RnD labs with many Phds and students. I know their debating styles. Bert said that I hounded him from this board. lol. He's a 6ft rugby playing Kiwi, and he's such a snowflake cant defend his position. You called me a 'liar' in saying that he had not said he a Doctorate. He posted his NZ Uni, and the Subject matter. My enquiries led nowhere, except for 'plagiarism'. Which is what you are also in guilty of! I saw some posts of your from '22, '23, saying what good sites wre Refuse collection sites. This is many years after I posted this, with the benefit that they eould alrady have Class 4 Ind Use, lots of vehicular traffic and infrastructure, a feedstock that literally comes through the front door. I also informed PHE of this move. Sinve our major refuse collector is French, and has sites Worldwide . A ready made intnl market, It would even pay to have PHE fund the pant. sp was Much higher then, and a fund raise to build would have been attainable. No reply of course from 'schoolboy management' company. You , in essence, called me a liar, I asked you and other to ask him, many times. Too scared to upset him. Swazers still reads this board and his pally with The Fraud, and I asked him to ask him, and also why he puts MSc on his X a/c and not PhD. Of course, he didn't reply. I only ever posted about the Fraud when he posted disinformation. His technical knowledge of DMG is non existent. He was a'copy and paste' merchant, normally on Cv's of new PDMR appointments. He lauded Yeo. lol. The problem you and Fraud had, have, is that events proved I was right about PHE and you were both wrong. Yes, atfer 2 or 3 years of Collaboration, you did 'complain' about time scales, along with every other poster on this noard. In the midst of this 'disappointment' you were still buying. I put my money where my mouth is, and sold, with a profit. And I posted that sale. I hope LSE introduce your 'missing' history, Because it will def, show you lauding the collaboration with Peel, following the endorsement from The Fraud.
The recent sp activity suggest some SH's are bailing before the prov. results. I am expecting a very decent performance including contributions from recently acquired cos. Will be v v disappointed with a set of av./ Poor results. May take a punt and a few more, following Warren's advice, 'go against the market!', or wte
Bert. Tried to get them deleted yet?
A few more;

Same as you Rodders, bought 100,000 back in October after missing the
boat on PPS and ITM, or so I thought. I could sell now for a nice
profit, but if this fulfils it's potential this could be massive!
It cost me so little I've no intention of selling a single share!
It's Bang or Bust for me!
08/22
Thanks for the link Doc!
Certainly a lot happier now I've listened!
Howard stands to lose a lot more than me, so if he's ecstatic about
things, I guess we all should be!
Just got to wait a little bit longer, but I do like his predictions of
where the share price will be eventually!
Yes, absolutely scathing attacks on Management at Peel and EML. Change your Monika to 'Janus', suits you.
Bert. Some posts to prove what you are, and it's not against Peel. You have been 'uncomfortable with the delays, as has every other poster on this board. Just a few posts show you 'sucking up' to Fraud, and calling me a liar, you are two faced and have double standards.
April 22
'Thanks Doc,
Likewise I wish they would get a move on but, I do like the use of the
phrase "We’re rolling out the technology in the UK with the first
plant due to start construction shortly at Protos in Cheshire."
Shortly implies to me that it won't be too long now before we see some
movement on site!
As you know I'm not a great fan of the arrangement with Peel and feel
like they've dragged their feet for too long!
However from a business point of view, I can see why they wouldn't
want to lay out a load of money in building something way before
there's any chance of getting any use out of it. As we do need the
feed stock from the recycling plant!'
The following post refers to Tom Winnifrith . November '20
'To say the bloke is not a fan is an understatement!
Looking back at his articles he's PHE's biggest TROLL out there.
He's been ****ging this company off since 2014 and obviously hates the
fact that he keeps getting proved wrong and that they are getting
closer by the day to rolling out the technology that could rid us of
one of the biggest problems facing the world today!
Yes, really critical. lol
Re, re RNS.
Is indeed good news, if it has been presented to The Committee at National Level for evaluation.! The present EISA presentation was rejected by Local, and I see no reason why National would go against it, to make a 'rod for their own backs', in the event of future issues. If Committee, when face with this new process, start 'making waves' on the use, and storage of Phosphates and Ammonia, then it is doing all it can to get EML out and OCP in.
This is the time for 'face to face' talk with Committee members, and get answers.
I have re-bought on this news. C'mon BOD, earn your salaries.
BertMonkey.
I am going to post some of your posts from 20, 21, 22. Yes, really hard hitting on Peel. lol. and a couple of you 'sucking up' to Fraud, 'Hi Doc' , and you called me a liar, in not believing what I said was true. Double faced, 'double standards'
Ferrisc'
'I’d say it was you that was spreading BS Testie, your analysis is no more than a guess.'
My 'anaysis' was the actual quote from EML. I did ask EML to RNS the actual comms from the Committee, but it said it couldn't. The actual wording may have been ' application refused'. Now that is a 'guess' ferriscule.lol. Please learn to understand written English, and pray tell us, what is your 'guess' for the meaning of ' unable to approve' . C'mon, I need a good laugh. I am going to 'guess' what your reply will be, ' could not make the decision' lol. Now that is BS.
Re; re; RNS
It is a legal requirement for a listed companies to have a NOMAD, to ensure RnR's are followed ( lol)
There can be a few reasons why a company has 2 NOMADS. In this particular case, the NOMAD is also a Financial Adviser. There are many instances of this happening as a pre-cursor to a 'fund raise'. Baffling why the sp went up. A Fund Raise is not a given, but the co is expecting significant 'money movement'. Possibly? But it may be a pal of CE, CFO.? All will be revealed, eventually. Hopefully maybe.
Re; Alkin.
I think you have missed the points,
1)Solid-state batteries reach an 80 percent charge in just 15 minutes and are strained less by multiple charging cycles. While a lithium-ion battery begins to degrade after 1,000 cycles, a solid-state battery maintains 90 percent of its capacity after 5,000 charges.
2) 333kg of SSB give the same energy as 1000kg of Li Ion batteries. 60% + lighter, and that alone gives more range,, which exceeds Li ion B by some margins.
3) How much will a BMW, RR HFC cost at retail.? Clue; only 4% of population will be able to afford to buy one, and forget one for the spouse.
4) With ranges of up to 1000km, charging away from base, will be rare, even for Reps. But there will be , are, charging points available for a 5 min charge to get you back to base. We are talking cars here, since I have explained in detail why HGV's, Ships, Trains, Planes and Public Transport Vehicles, have 'depot' fuelling. No need for H2 filling stations. Most haulage cos have bulk fuel supply, and the majority have reciprocal arrangement with other hauliers to use their bases when away from their own base for fuel requirements. Cannot see a H2 filling network across the country just for 'some' HGV's. Musk, with the H Fool Cell statement proves what the guy is, and should look in the mirror. Britain could have been at the forefront of HFC mfr, Clueless energy policy.
The Chinese, again, see the potential for the mass market, and their 'cheap' HFCV are compact, and no frills.
BTS, with the use of the phrase 'committee could not make the decision' re' EISA,
, you are doing what BOD want you to believe. Spread more BS. This is the actual quote from EML, RNS July 6 '23,
Following a recent evaluation meeting, the Commission Régionale Unifiée d'Investissement ("CRUI"), the regional investment authority, was unable to approve the application, and consequently the Company has exercised its right to refer approval to the Ministerial Committee, which is chaired by the Head of Government and includes several Government ministers.
'Could not approve'. iow, rejected. Cf. 'Your Mortgage application could not be approved', is a nice way of saying, it was refused.
The Committee did not pass it to National, EML did, 'we reserve the right'. Still the Herd leader, full of disinformation and false optimism for the gullible.
Alkin, re; BMW HFC.
There are a few HFC car mfrs, but all high retail price £80K +, RR have one. Havn't got my name on the waiting list yet.
The major Worldwide force in HFC cars for mass consumption is a Chinese Mfr. BYD (?). In China I believe the cars are priced at below USD20k, some models less.
The main problem areas with BEV is range and weight. however, significant progress has been made in Solid State Batteries which addresses both of these issues. Examples of 1000Km on a single charge, and charging times in minutes not hours. Naturally, developers will want to recover the RnD costs, so will probably be a bit pricey at first, and then competition will bring price down. He states hopefully. Although I have made the argument that HFC's are not an option for the mass car market, I much prefer them to BEV which still derive it's 'power' from Power Stations, majority of which are still coal , FF fired. However, BEV do take diesel and petrol carcinogenic fumes off our streets, which cause countless deaths Worldwide with respiratory problems. The GW deniers, who might have a case, never mention this major failing of FF transport. So PHE, push the agenda of 'safely' removing waste plastic and tyres, with usuable and sellable products at end, Syngas and Biochar, and scrap S Steel for tyres.

Fraud anomoly posted earlier;
'Yellow / Testpack / Whatever the name is today' I think this was aimed at Phyamh. The sign of a lonely keyboard warrior, sad, living alone, overweight, narcissistic, living in an alternate Universe, where he is King, and believes because o at least 2 posters have the temerity to cal him out for his BS, they must be one and the same person. You are a sad individual. Yes, you area Peel apologist. I will tell you the truth about why we are still waiting, and for some time to come, for the FOAK DMG plant. It is because PHE have put the plant build in the hands of a third party, and have no control over what is happening. The FOAK should have been a 'build alone' project, and with all the chat about the concept plant, and the award of DNV Validation, the Company has enough expertise to have 'gone it alone' on FOAK. It has already raise c£15 in the past year, plenty enough to have built the plant. A business model where your future is the hands of a third party is a bad model. The majority of these MOU, HOT etc., agreements have one main conclusion. For the financial benefit of the Directors, to secure a financial legacy for themselves. The frauds comment to Phyamh that it is bland to talk about Directors remuneration sums up the fraud. The DMG process has been around, in various forms, for 10 years +. I believe any reasonable SH would be interested in Directors pay, and are they earning it? Next time fraud has a chat with Tim, ask him why PHE did not go it alone on FOAK, or at least find an interested part to share the cost? The answer should be interesting.

RE: Research request.10 May 2022 17:04
The Fraud Bob using a fake PhD to inveigle himself to the ears of BOD members. It is inconceivable, or totally naive for a listed company to request a small S/H to do research for the Company on a share discussion bulletin board, where the total number of shares held in the Company are insignificant. First, if the BOD was so unsure of its strategy, it would ask II's, or even their NOMINATED ADVISOR. It just goes to show how inept the BOD is, or more probably, give fraud some work to do , and get him off their backs.
I think I'm filtered by fraud, so can someone ask him why, on his twitter site ( which he keeps plugging), he uses MsC not PhD after his name.?
BTW. Good post Wolves, and should have been posted 2 years ago irt PHE/Peel. It mystifies me as to why PHE put commissioning FOAK into the hands of a 3rd party. It is now doing the same with HUI ffs.
Bert.
Double standards. I fully explained why I did not question drAl on his monika. No BS posted. However, you expect me to keep a post from several years ago to prove a point??????. You and others were asked on several on several occassions to ask him a direct question. You didn't, why? afraid of upsetting him.? He still reads this board ( probably the one who had my post removed. Truth hurts), and his pal, Swazers, so pose the question now to him. He will not reply, he's happy for you to think I'm lying. How very dare you. . If you are so keen, I gave you the time frame, go back on RNS dates, when SPV was discussed, it's before then. It's there.
Double standards. I have only posted the truth. You can't say that. Oh, and btw he never said he hadn.t got a PhD, just insulted me when I posted about him. That's easy to check by looking at my past emails. You wont find his btw, all deleted I would presume.
BTS's comments on the 'License areas' are indeed bad news for EML. OCP would be idiots not to want to acquire the License Area. Hmm, a cash offer, or wait until Receivership. Which is inevitable when cash runs out. Not a chance of any further fund raise with no ESIA. I'll still stick with my earlier comment on when to buy 'after' ESIA awarded. I will give it a few weeks, or until there is the inevitable fund raise to push mine development forward. Naturally, I would sell any shares bought since the sp collapse the 1st day of trading after the re-rate. ( if I had bought any)
Bunsenburner.
It's not funding, it's a TO. Try looking at their site on here.
'The company, based at Oxford Science Park with an office in Houston and reactor manufacturing facilities in Ohio, faced insolvency and sought emergency funding. Now its board of directors has unanimously recommended that shareholders accept a bid totalling £4.1m from Madison Bidco Limited, a newly formed company, which will see a return of 0.25p per share, approximately its current share price'
Shares suspended whilst SH decide 'deal or no deal'.
There appears to be some interest in a collaboration with OCP. I, for one, am not a fan of theses 'deals', which possibly involves a 'partner' forking out a few 10s of million US, and then rakes in half of 100s of millions US EBITD. The Moroccans are certainly not playing 'soft ball'. I think it is a certainty that EML have had some exploratory talks with OCP re; 'offtake agreement', to include talks on some kind of ' mutual beneficial interest' areas. OCP are well aware of EML's 'problem areas', and may just 'sit it out' until the inevitable Receivership. It already has 'the fix' for EML's problems. Naturally, BOD will not release info. on any 'talks', which would be 'Privileged Info.', or any other matters of of interest to SH's. It used to be 'Mushroom Management', now, even the BS has stopped.
