This share will fly in the next 2 weeks
Today is 25 March, so 2 weeks has passed. Not flying, but grounded. And for good measure, and to cover yourself, you posted 'will fly in next 2 weeks', 3 days ago. please cut out your nonsense posts, you just make yourself look very foolish and somewhat of an id*t.
Woolverstone. Your comment that he EISA was 'too important' for the 'local' Committee to approve is incorrect.
The 6 July RNS which informed us of a decision, clearly stated;
'Following a recent evaluation meeting, the Commission Régionale Unifiée d'Investissement ("CRUI"), the regional investment authority, was unable to approve the application, '
The RNS gave no reasons, but in a preamble the Company stated it was the 'usual culprits'. Water usage, brine run offs.
In light of the fact that this BOD are rather 'Scrooge like' with divesting information to the owners of the Company, us, as S/H's'. I conjectured at the time that I thought the refusal was because if it granted EISA and water then became a serious issue, the 'locals' were making a 'rod for it's own back'. So, it passed the buck. National has now countered this by returning 'the buck', thus giving them full control on the decision. For reasons previously explained, I fully expect EISA to be awarded, sooner, rather than later.
Mat. Look through your posts, stoopida is all over you. And still can't answer the question. Why?, because you made it all up in your little brain. End of Year before decision on EISA. Now that is stoopida Mat. Thinking is not your game is it?
Synxs.
I assume that comment, 'you move from h2 isnt the future to I'm a H2 consultant', is completely wrong. I have always thought that H2 Fuel Cells were the future for transportation, BUT NOT FOR CARS. At the moment HFC costs are too expensive for the mass car market, The models that are available in Eu are over Eu70K, which is not for the mass car markrt, BYD in China is mfing 'cheaper' HFC cars, that are barely 'family sized'. For the foreseeable future, The transition away from carcinogenic fossil fuels to H2 will probably happen with more efficient, cost effective Solid State Battery cars. Heavier transport solutions should be HFC based.
This is not 'new' storage technique for H2.
This process is 'metal anhydrides'. Google it. The structure of the metal anhydride allows it to adsorb H2 molecules onto its surface. This process requires some form of energy, normally pressure. When you want to 'release' the H2, again energy is needed, this can be electrical or heat. in the early days of research, the base metal was normally iron, Fe. The more energy needed to effect adsorption, then a similar amount of energy is needed to release the H2. This has been a stumbling block in the past. I did post several years ago that I envisaged going into a service station, and replacing my 'used' bag of ,say, 5kg H2 metal anhydride pack, with a fully charged one. and obviously, more safe in transport than either pressurised or liquified H2. Boron has also been used as the metal base in the past, however, obtaining high grade Boron powder is expensive ( or at least was). Now we wait to see how many years it takes to commercialise.

'Just say youve bought back in and you'd like us all to take it higher please.
It's more honest.'
You are still a very bitter chappie. Now, this is the way to shut you up, Tell me what is 'dishonest' in my post. Goodbye, again.
So the 'buck' has been returned to the original 'buck' passers. At least EML has been pounding doors with new process.
It is now difficult I think for the committee not to award EISA. In their original 'refusal', the committee passed the buck upstairs on the critical issue of water usage. That problem has mainly been overcome. The committee cannot possibly now 'refer' the approval, again. It has to make a decision, Yes, or No. just on the face of it, the answer has to be a Yes. A No , and the reason(s) behind it, would certainly have to be detailed. I am confident EISA will now be awarded, as per my timescale in previous post, before end of April. End of year, as touted by many on here, could not possibly have happened, for reasons previously explained. I am re-filling boots.
I am perplexed by posters ,acceptance of 'decisions in 6 months, or EOY'.
I can only assume that you believe EML are doing little more than put forward the the new KMA process for 'consideration'.
Do you believe that the BOD can wait a further 9 months before any decision is made.
They are burning cash, and no income. Do this exercise at home, stop all your income sources, and see how long it is before you cannot feed yourself. There is no chance of fund raise, and when the Company cannot pay it's salaries, or lays all of it's workforce off, it still has rent and rates to pay. Administrators are called in.
I have to believe, beside past form saying otherwise, that at least one senior member is 'on site', pounding doors. It is in The Kingdoms interest to have this project up and running. Now, their preferred miner maybe OCP, in which case there is nothing EML can do., except try and get a 'deal' with OCP on a 'fair and equitable' basis, that does not ignore EML's S/H base.
If there is no EISA by Summer, EML is finished as a company. AIMHO.
Not worth the paper it is written on. Paid for by the company, and using all company details.
Yes, we are all aware that the 'new' KMA project should be a game changer for water requirements. It ticks all the boxes. We have to assume, because the BOD insist on mushroom management, that the KMA has been integrated into a new proposal for water usage put to the relevant authority. I would have thought, and indeed hoped, that the authorities understand the urgency of EML's position. A couple of years have passed with little, or nothing done to get this mine to the start line, never mind the finishing line. A realistic, and pessimistic time sale is end of April to get a definitive answer on EISA. Who knows, the BOD may actually release something about what it is doing. However, do not hold your breath, It has form.
Swazers. 'My charts have delivered 65% of gains. LOL. No they have not. RNS have made the gains, and losses, and only RNS's. Your chart was drawn AFTER the KMA RNS. And the substantial rise from KMA was 3,4 days in the making, not your charts.
IP3LY,
Thanks the information.
So, total divi for 23/24, 17 p. At todays p, that's a return of c13%.
The return on just the lat 11.5p divi , at todays sp ,is 4.8%.
I am always wary if the truism, 'if it look too good to be true, it is'
where are the dark clouds on the horizon?.
Edinvest. lol & ferriscule.
I sold all my shares some time ago, at a profit. I bought back in when Company reported development of KMA(?) to reduce water requirements, and improve grades. With the gossip on here of Russian collaboration in The Kingdom, it is very plausible and likely that Russia has influence in The Kingdom, possibly a lot. Would certainly explain the delays, which nobody on here can explain, and the BOD obviously have nothing to say either. So, I sold out, again, at a profit, again, and why the Hell would I want to buy in lower when I think Administration is likely. Are you mad. Where in the fine print does LSE say only SH can post. Be quiet and mind your own affairs, not mine.
As for Aghmir and his 'contacts' in Morocco. His Dad probably is a valet on a parking lot on Govt owned land. There again maybe not.. Never posted anything remotely interesting or near the truth.
I
Inflationbuster.' Plonker', another uneducated trench digger on here. I didn't say 'please' because there was zero chance he would do it. capiche. I can see this board is as helpful as rats on the table at a school birthday party, and about same brain size. Byeeee.
With all this news, most new to moi, about Kingdom/Russian ties, it is almost certain that the russkis have killed this deal, and OCP will get it. Just have to wait for the wage, pension pot payments to BOD to dry up, and it's a 'firesale'. OCP can pick this up for nothing. The land is worthless without EISA. Of course, EML will shout 'foul' when OCP awarded EISA, however, Kingdom will say their plans for water on-site meet all regulatory requirements. Dead as a dodo. SP will continue to drift downwards, until Receivership. All in my opinion naturally. Have been known to be wrong.
