Mine at II have been moved as well, this will mean you either have to keep the funds from any sales and dividends in $s or get a 1.5% conversion charge to convert to £s, also a 1.5% conversion charge if you buy in £s. If held in an ISA then you will no doubt get the 1.5% currency charge on every transaction as only £s can be held in an ISA.

When I spoke to II they were not sure what was going to happen just kept saying that will do what the company has instructed them to do and it was up to the Corporate actions department who never got back with any information or contacted me. At the time I urged all people unhappy with having the shares transferred to NYSE this to make this know to II in the hope they would reconsider, seems they just gone and done it. Only option now is a formal complaint.

Saying all this I think it is only a matter of time before the London listing is dropped and all shares are moved to NYSE.

Well the government have won the bingo for policies designed to trash the economy, put up inflation, unemployment and lost tax revenue from those leavening the UK they have created a doom loop, next episode will follow shortly.

I suggest you play Bingo instead of trying to make money out of shares, you will be a lot better off, you got CPI, VOD, BT, PNN, ESJ, SSPG wrong and GBG in small profit. Any more tips, I will make a fortune doing the reverse of what you say. Also don't play Bingo so another thing you got wrong.

Interesting the mansion tax set at £2m, was going to be £1.5 as Rachel house worth £1m but then found out Starmer's and Lammy's houses worth over £1.5m but below £2m, just a coincidence I guess.

Why worry about cash ISAs, just put funds in shares ISA and buy short term money market funds like Amundi Smart Overnight Return GBP Hedged or Royal London Short Term Money to name but a few, around 4.9% yield the last time I looked.

This is the Brigadoon of shares, spend money on expansion, increase losses, SP falls, run out of cash, promise profits at some time in the future, new fund raise at lower price, more share dilution, spend money on expansion, increase losses ...

All works well for the BOD, getting nice salaries and doing the things they enjoy, not so good for the rest of us.

I have been speaking to II on another issue and brought up the issue of the Scheme of Arrangement where message from II stated

“The issue date of the new shares is yet to be confirmed. Following receipt of the new shares we will endeavour to move your new holding to the NYSE as soon as practical, and update accounts accordingly. “

I could not get a lot of sense out of them but it seems that at present the plans are to move the shares from LSE to NYSE as they said this is what DEC have instructed them to do and you would not be able to buy or sell shares on LSE. I tried to explain this could not be correct as if this is the case all DECs LSE shares would be moved to NYSE and so therefore there would not be a secondary listing on the LSE. I then got a lot of waffle which meant nothing and did not answer the question, it seems it is in the hands of the corporate actions department and they will let us know what will happen when it happens with no options. I was not happy with the answer but this was going nowhere.

I would urge other investors with accounts at II to get in contact to express their concerns about the lack of info and that the LSE shares may well be moved to NYSE without any say in the matter. I have these in a SIPP so no real issues but if held in an ISA there could be some issues especially as you cannot hold $s in an ISA so any trades or dividends must be converted to or from GBP at a cost of 1.5% when they happen.

II seem to be in a mess at present, taking a long time to answer the phone, they mess up a dividend and been waiting for days now for calls from a manager and the department responsible also complaints, their support is MIA at present.

II is in a mess, my NYSE DEC shares have been replaced with a random code and a value of 0 and can't trade, can trade any LSE DEC shares either, IWEB is working fine and manage to get a quote from HL for LSE shares on a dummy trade so assume they are working now.

Everything is a right mess, on LSE most of the time get disruption to service on IWEB and then spread is 20p and well below US price but in the end managed to trade out £11.55. II still locked for DEC LSE and NYSE.

On the minus side

At the same time, the booming oil production in the Permian is boosting the supply of natural gas as a by-product, too. And producers struggle to make use of the gas with limited available spare pipeline capacity.

In recent months, prices at the Waha gas hub in West Texas have crashed into negative territory multiple times, and flaring has soared as producers have been forced to pay offtakers to get rid of the natural gas. All because operational pipelines are not enough to ship the gas to places where it’s needed—power plants and LNG export facilities.

Just made buy on IWEB at £10.70, keeps flipping between between being able to buy and not, spread is £10.67 sell, £10.70 buy, going to be an interesting day.

Decided to make a buy on IWEB as SP below £10.70 and spread narrowed and now they have stopped it, what a mess.

Spread is £10.71 sell, £10.81 buy.

This is because the shares are being transferred to a different part of the LSE and some brokers/most have not kept up.

For both HL and II I am unable to be deal but surprising I can with IWEB who are usually very slow and can buy at £10.81, also LSE site is giving incorrect price and missing company news and as can be seen there is trading happening.
