The SP here was about 285p a year ago today,so the 65% rise in the last 12 months probably has already anticipated the present outlook.

I meant when do Barclays expect the SP to reach 568p because it has dropped to a pound below that today.

Barratts NAV per share is a fair bit higher than Redrows and Barratt current year EPS are forecast to be a few pence higher than Redrows,so Barrats SP should be about 150p to 200p higher.

very impressive with EPS rising by 56% but EPS forecast to be only another 10% higher in the current year,so the SP is right up with the game now,having doubled since last October.Still a "keeper" though.

Redrow is a very good business which hopefully will continue but some of your postings are incorrect and could mislead readers of this board and 75% of the postings here are yours.Not trying to cause an arguement,just looking for a correct representation of reality.

I am invested in TEFs because they focus on flats in east London which no other homebuilders do.Mark Parker was ASKED to leave TEFs and John Fitgerald HAD to sell shares as part of his divorce settlement.Redrows profits will never overtake BKG.It appears to be you that does not understand.

Its not really the number of homes built that matters.BKG made profits of £540m in their last reported accounts and Redrow are forecast to announce profits of about £200M next week.Thats impressive but a very long way from FTSE 100 inclusion.

SP really motoring at the moment now though.

Provided the lower order constituents SPs don't increase,Redrows SP will have to be well north of £11.00 to even be considered.Do you really think that is going to happen" in the nor too distant future"?.

Given that funding is probably not a issue for TEFS,cant see any logic in them getting involved with GT or anyone else for that matter.TEFS can get where they want to go without tkeovers,mergers or any other form of acquisiton.If you are talking about management,TEFS can headhunt those without taking on their attendant baggage.

unfortunately it all looks like calling in the fire brigade here to extinguish a blaze that should never have been allowed to start in the first place.It would be a tremendous act of faith to invest here at the moment or remain invested in view of the Ryans actions so far this year......Roll on the glorious 10th.
