You have avoided answering the question and the £20 prediction was nothing to do with me,although it might well get there much further down the line.I am a simple soul and make no claims of understanding the post referendum future of the UK.

Could you please explain "the ramifications of leaving" that you and your friends understood at the time of voting ,as most of us don't have a crystal ball.

Are you able to expand on your post?.Nobody who voted leave understood the full implications of their decision,we still don't know what wil lhappen.With many corporations starting to move staff to outside the UK,almost universal condemnation of the referendum result by informed commentators,have we made an awful mistake,are we shooting ourselves in the foot.It is very difficult for some to see anything positive arising from us leaving the EU.

Strictly....your multiple holding of BWY/RDW/TEF in various %s certainly makes a lot of sense.Some of us ordinary stiffs have enough problem focussing and deeply understanding the ins and outs of one stock,let alone three.Also it is not possible to get the same degree of nitty gritty operational achievement information on a regular short term basis with other home builders,nor are they as tightly concentrated in the UKs most vibrant housing location.For some,sticking with TEF until they disappoint operationally is the preferred option albeit that there will always be other companies that out perform over time ( if you can find them at the right time).Your posts are very interesting and have certainly opened up this board for the better,so please keep them coming.

examination of TEF availability lists indicates a very quiet period of reservations over recent months,thank heavens for the forward sold units ( that were heavily queried here a couple of years ago)
