The SP here is now about 18 X NAV which is unreal,PB are going to have to start producing some remarkable profits soon to prevent a collapse in the current valuation.Is there any realistic prospect of that happening do you think?.
doesn't it all boil down to which option will result in the best outcome for the vendor taking into account agreed sale price and agent fees paid to achieve that and time taken to sell?.
Ok thanks for that....just thought that a 16p uplift in the SP over 5 days following the article indicated a lack of enthusiasm but doubtless more trading news and results will move the SP closer to where it should be.
My company did a LOT of work with Gleesons contracting arm in London in the 80s and 90s and they were always a very fair and pleasant outfit to deal with,no complaints whatsoever.
The future for Redrow looks very promising and on the basis of broker forecasts for the next few years,Redrows SP should be about 80p to 100p higher than Telford Homes.
