When discussing the fall in Ingenuity revenue they mentioned a few times that Nutrition and Beauty had reduced what they paid Ingenuity. Hopefully what they pay is now reflective of true market rates so that we can compare the divisional performances more objectively. It does mean though that some of the improvement in Nutrition EBITDA came purely from a change to internal pricing.

Anyone know why MM is waiting for the review to complete. What’s the obstacle if any for just going for it now. Sounds like an excuse for not seeking a premium listing.

The only other option, if you can’t complete the transfer to a broker with access to the AIX, is to sell them before delisting I’m afraid.
