It will, we just can’t say when. Anyone buying at these prices won’t get burnt. Everyone is getting hung up on debt, always preferential over equity in forms of control and cost, especially in a low interest environment. Factor in strong bands and a growing market, if internet rates start to tumble, they will look attractive this time next year.
