@Alvarro: I hope so, they could take this for less than 30p. Not great for long term holders, but at the current SP there is value in this company. I agree that they are a basket case but they have a couple of profitable divisions which would be worth more than a 30p Mcap. The SP is woefully too low for a cash call so PE would be the preferred option.

Shorts reduced yesterday and the quote is at the top end of the spread, I am thinking we have bottomed.

Anyone who thinks that the strike rate is going to be 220-240p needs their head examined. At the most I would reckon 120p.

4.56% showing, I would imagine it will be showing a reduction tomorrow. Tot that up with all the shorts below 0.5% and there will be some fun tomorrow. I can’t see them walking away this time.

I will stick with my original view, 70-120p.

@Z: you are changing your tune? The current Mcap is less than 150 Mil, the markets reckon they need to raise a 100 - 150 Mil, even if the SP rallied to 25p and they did the strike at 15p the figures do not add up. You will have nearly a 100% dilution. Take it from me, there will be no cash call anytime soon. The SP will drift until PE comes calling.

The 9.75% coupon is killing them, the interest payments are hardly covered by the operating profit. It is obvious they are going to have to make a cash call, I guess existing shareholders are jumping out before the day comes. I can’t see CDR to be in any rush to halt the slide, they can only benefit from a reduced SP. They won’t be going bust anytime soon but 9’s could be a possibility. That said, if your out when CDR make a move, you will miss a bagger.

Why would CDR wait until the SP is 25p, they could probably have this now for 30p easily?

A lot of sales gone through today, I ignore the colours, but the price indicates selling. Is this starting to drift to 10p?

Talk about share value destruction, in 12 months it has gone from 362p to less than 45p, scandalous.

I am in, it has to be worth a punt at these prices.
