Think it's extremely foolish topping up here before, what will be, an inevitable fundraise.

They won't wait until the last minute either.

Said ages back this was a huge gamble between FDA and fundraise race.

Going on Genin's own statements, FDA looks months away.

This is a company that hit the heady- heights of 15p on baloney.

After years and years and years of research..

The idiots in charge didn't even know that big pharma didn't even want repurposed drugs, and didn't even know that orphan drug status would be needed.

They went through an entire Boardroom with ALL the staff leaving .

They are now 99. ..Whatever % down on their heights.

What does it take for some people to actually sell a share?!? Madness.

Anyway, for other worried posters, I can't see the RTO being with anyone orher than Traf. The 250K loan underlined that imo

It's not that the product doesn't work... It appears to be attracting a lot of interest (although we are still not privy to exactly how those sensitivity/ specificity figures work in reality), it's just that it's going to take an inordinate amount of time to be cash generative -that's if nothing else supersedes it.

As one of the posters said maybe those with patience will be rewarded in 2 or three years time, and maybe if Ciz can remain non-dilutative, then shareholders may be rewarded.

But the Market can see this is a very slow burn, and projected revenues are there for all to see.

I mentioned a while ago that these tie-ups for trials at US hospitals may be good for patients, but it's the revenue that's a problem

This is now getting as plain as day and night, for those trying to be objective and not subjective with lots of money at stake.

a) it seems to be a good product with potential for take up

B) it may aid in lung cancer detection

C) it isn't going to generate massive amount of revenue.

D) that's all the market cares about

I would guess that it's some sort of accumulation trade that 'one'..

Of unknown nature.

I did exactly the same thing after reading the document - was waiting and hoping for NAV update today..

But without that, I've sold 90% of mine

As you say the market doesn't like a delay.. and it may even be more than a delay this one.

Positives are that increase NAV will be coming and that GetVisibility could pop big at any time..

But I think I'll be in cash for a bit here

As you say I think the next update (if they do one) will be the IR delay.

Thanks for the link to the Newbury document..

I trawled through the masses of documents..

Correct me if I'm wrong - but what appears to be the case is that Newbury will be liquidated and thrown off NASDAQ unless they get a transaction under their belt before SEP 23/25.

Since they are the SPAC facilitating the infinite reality IPO, it seems they cannot do it in the time frame and are asking for an extension to March 2025.

If they don't get this extension, they'll be thrown off the Market. So that is a tiny chance that the IPO will go through this month, a chance that it will be delayed until March 2025.. and a chance that it will be completely dead...

Looks like a delay of around six months coming. Looking at antecedance with this I've not really much faith because this has happened before.
