4) at present cash burn, they are circa 200 million unless going through it faste

5) A big fundraise may make more sense at the moment with so much in the bank while they have leverage rather than running the money down.

Scientists are not business people, they tend to be useless.

I've still absolutely no faith that this is going anywhere. It will continue to spike up on news, even when it's launched it'll fall back down because revenue figures won't come through for years.

Then it will simply get superceded.

If they need to fund a big infrastructure project/factory etc..then more funds en bloc will be needed.

Totally get your point about 200,000 being an absolute figure and not a 'rate'.

But since recovery from surgery takes between several weeks and a few months max, there will never be more than circa 200,000 people with scarring at any given time.

If the figure is just above this (it has varied over recent years but is increasing), then I'm sure N4P will I have submitted information to get it into a valid subset that is needed.
