Since the "revelations" about the 'new ' crowdfunding raise basically formed the basis for Neil's excruciatingly cringeworthy "confidential" information post,

I'm sure that Neil knows exactly what is going on and will have been asked to participate in the fundraise .

I'm endlessly amazed by shareholders on AIM..

Talking about AI and investment upgrades, while the big story in the short term is the £1.3million (plus interest loan) and how it gets payed back, or rolled over in next couple of weeks.

The MMs have shoved up the price, but there have been a few chunky sells to be noted

Couldn't agree more, Jace, but when have this company ever considered it appropriate to keep shareholders up to date with material developments, unless they occasionally deign themselves to throw out a few crumbs.

There's been so many similar occasions (BS about clinical trial timelines, no clinical trial data, £100K news had to be dragged out of them, do did delay in MOU signing, no mention of Chinese delay etc etc)

One of those companies I'm afraid - they only reluctantly part with bad news or timely updates

It just can't seem to break big resistance of circa 3.5p and hold it.

Once it does, it should be on its way..

I'm really interested to see what the next revenues will be

This share doesn't get a little more attention.. excellent turnaround and I think the next statement about income could be pretty good

So I've had a quick read of this, and , yes 1.5% is additional to the existing deal 10% .

Not sure if these additional shares dilute Cizzles' holding.

Still got revenue projected at $33mill/ yr 3.

Seems the extra $10Mill (if successfully raised) will mainly go on marketing/ working capital 'infrastructure' and fees (approx 70%)

Totally neutral on this new info, apart from the hints of future dilution.

They've resorted to crowdfunding now! So much for the pool of high value investors..must have been drained after initial round.

There in a bit of the turmoil at the moment with the coalition government collapsing.

There's some background to this that they are pushing for net zero too quickly and the kickback maybe going towards nuclear again.

There is something uncertainty over directions here with Trump getting in/ geopolitics and domestic issues

You also don't take my posts in the round, selectively using (probably unconscious) confirmation bias to label them fully negative.

That's not the case and you should read with an open mind.

For instance, I do think the share price will get a tremendous uplift if any sniff of a deal in China gets RNS'd.

I also think it's highly likely that if and when the test gets full clearance for go ahead in America, this could instantly, 2, 3 or 4 bag.

My overarching point is that then it will fall back down simply because revenue and sales will take ages coming through.

These are the time periods over months and years where other things will supersede it.

I'm still waiting on each RNS to see whether it's worth investing in the moment. It will be a trade though.. in so much as I might hold it for days or weeks but not over months or years like I expected a while ago

It's my personal opinion that since Cizzle - by their own words - will not be revenue producing until year 3 (and I don't even believe that), it's pretty obvious that's something else is going to be developed with far more potential in that interim period.

And the prospect of that will affect further potential take up of Cizzle's test.

Some of you people don't know how to critically think.

At least Jace started asking about how all the different thresholds worked. There are still questions about all this.

But it's patently obvious from past behaviour that Cizzle ONLY release GOOD news, so you never know where you are with it.

That's the problem with this company.. terrible communications.

The problem with most posters on here is that they see some d-ramping or ramping agenda.

Is the type of reason why brexit happened and the Democrats got stuffed at the election. Tunnel vision and bubble thinking
