Neil, the ever-supine herd and the Dark Arts10 Oct 2024 18:04
Ahoy shipmates!
Captain Neilin makes a timely guest-star appearance the day of a couple sizeable rounded block sells and to muckrake in unstylish and quite blatant fashion about fledgeling cancer-test competitor Xgenera.
Now, being one of certain previous Machiavellian work shenanigans, I do have to hand it to Neil for his shrewd use of the Dark Arts, using useless Companies House financial data (and a rather naughty hint at wrong-doing with cross-company Xgenera funding) to tarnish Xgenera.
He says they’ve had no other funding - well Xgenera were granted £100,000 through Innovate’s Cancer Therapeutics Program, plus the £2.5Million, and is expected to attract Big Business investment, as it’s gained international publicity.
They expect to vastly accelerate the test and Dr Shapanis has said: “At the end of the THREE-years we expect to have a ‘final locked product’ “ for EU and UK certifying.*

So, not saying Ciz wont have a few Halcyon years but people are catching up. There will undoubtedly be others in the race.
And, Neil, care to tell us of these other “funding streams” that aren't Ciz Bio?
