Think I subscribe to the theory of prolonged (and maybe coordinated) short attack on this (sector).

Seems to be overriding all the usual technicals. All bets are off with this one.

Then you say they don't have to tell us about it because it isn't Ciz!

So where is it?! Direct answers to the question please rather than attacking the poster.

Plus date now pushed back to "end 2024" when it was going to be September.

This company can just not do anything on time.

Would be interesting to see if any of the conditions of changed as they don't mention much about money in this one

They said they needed the extended amount of time for additional funding for another deal.

Is it there? No.

I reckon they were just playing for time because they didn't have the original funding in place.

I don't understand your problem/scepticism that Niall Roberts bought 0.5% - circa £35k on the open market.

It's not exactly world breaking and if you look at the volume on September 13 and the preceeding three days, about £140K shares changed hands on the open market.

As stated , Makabo are locked in to circa 3.2p

To be honest it's not a very regular triple bottom this one. It may bounce, but without news I think it's been pushed lower with the shorters.

After circa 43.7 support, you have to go all the way back to November 2019 to find support at around 37 p.

I think it's hard to dispute the fact that it's dropping, Bilo! Eyesight betrays that trend.

However , not sure how much longer this can go on for as soon they'll be down to pure cash value, with no enterprise value taken into account . Madness!

Shorters and short-term sentiment / news vacuum not helping, and Labour not exactly pinned it's flag to a pole very strongly yet. Disappointing.

Things will turn around but catalyst needed to reverse the trend.

Purely from a chart perspective this is at a double- bottom and if it continues will soon hit a triple bottom at circa 45p.

Usually a strong bounce at one of these stages. If it breaches 44.5 p all bets are off in the short term

Won't be staying in too long though.

Yes, it'd be great if they get extended loan, roll over (as some have suggested) or maybe a deal in shares if there's good news on the horizon.

You're confusing profit with cash, Bubble.

At June 30, they had 360K cash + 925K fundraise - 300K subsequent investment.

That left MFAI with circa £1 million.

Take away 3 months expenses and wages, and they are well short.

So it's either going to be another short term fundraise or extended loan of some sort.

It has to be paid back by December

Got to hand it to Hamilton, EOA and GB for unbridled and untruthful ramping ..as usual.

This won't do 200 or 500% (if based on any fundamentals).

The company portfolio is not worth anything like that!
