I think you might see a big TR1 for Chris Akers taking up fundraising shares.

So, get a tax loss, buy back at 1p and use that with the stonking forthcoming profit.

Usual reaction to a non-material article like today's Times is MMs spike it, Chris Akers et al sell into rise (plus some forward selling of fundraising shares)

Everyone goes happy clappy for a while and then it crashes back down to Earth.

This undoubtedly has amazing potential, but a profile piece in the Times is a repeat of what we know.

There will be a judicious time to sell GetVisibility at massive profit , before the inevitable challenges come along and the bubble bursts.

Let's hope they get it right as it could be very lucrative

well potential value is inherent to any investment decision, and whether these individuals have $5Mill or $500K a piece each year to throw at fledgling companies, they will want to know of potential value.

And if they are being approached by hundreds of potential investees each year, maybe they are waiting on some data - either clinical data, or hard information about hospital take up.

It is possible that they are struggling for funding, because the number of companies competing for fledgling technology funding is enormous

But

I would go with your theories 1) or 3)

1) they are waiting for data before some of the investors are confident enough to put pen to paper

Or 3) I mentioned it in a post ages back that there would be loads of provisos and caveats to this deal.

Maybe you're right about securing major funding for marketing - or maybe the strategic investment involves LFT or breast cancer development costs etc.

But that is an entirely subjective feeling, based also on BODs past behaviour of only releasing good news and covering up bad.

In this world of ramping no one reads any past posts , and any attempt at moderation of language or critical thinking gets lost in the mass.

I invested at 0.5 pence and sold @1.2p..

Bought back in at 1p and I'm holding.

I was in Pires at 4p and did very nicely out of The rise to 17p thank you.

This dipped to 1p, and will dip again.

Those £900K shares still have to be churned in August.

At that point we will see who owns them.

I'm expected Chris Akers to have a few.

Depends who the other shareholders are if they're in sticky hands not properly funders.

I would be extremely careful buying now, as in my experience the rise will be short-lived and there may be forward selling of 1p shares, and then, after August 1st there is going to be one hell of an overhang...a third of MC in one day.

Unless there is some fantastic news regarding Getvisibility, that churn of shares is going to take a hell of a long time to get through.

Any extra agreement /funding could have been added to the contract at any point.

And what does "successful first funding round" mean? That may not be for the full contracted target, and they may need other funding rounds to fill the void.

It's easy to get carried away with a narrative especially when there's loads of money involved, but it's pretty obvious something isn't right here..

And as I stated a while ago by laying out definite pre-ordained targets, the Market expects these to be met , and any hiccup will be punished.

On the plus side for investors , the 1.7p intra day gap that no one has seen or mentioned, has been filled .

It may or may not test these lows again, but in the vacuum of news I'm expecting it to go lower..

(Unless they pull something out of the bag within the 60 days)

No doubt Mr Akers will be taking part in the fundraise one would guess and get a wedge at 1p.
