1) you think I'm pessimistic, but on balance I do think they will have received the 100,000 . Your assumption that they have not received it would be quite devastating imo. It means there is no faith in the MOU and that we're all over the shop.

If we have not received this money this is devastating for.Ciz. I'm guessing they have received it.

2) why do I remain invested in a company I have no faith in.

Firstly, I've lost faith in the BOD being straight, but not necessarily the tech.

Secondly, I don't know if you've been reading, but I sold a good 80% of my holdings at quite a loss - following what I see in front of me.

The rest remains in there for the next potential rise, when I will sell some/many/ all. (I will then assess the news contemporaneously)

So you could label this as FOMO.

With attendant publicity, an eye for news and a canny BOD, this should be sitting at a 15-20 mill Market Cap now.

Unfortunately, avuncular , Allan Syms , not only speaks with forked-tongue, but very minimally and at low volume with that tongue.

Not so long ago mostly everyone was going mental that :

1) The Board weren't communicating.

2) The board had been misleading

3) the BOD did a sneaky fundraiser, which had some suspicious trading in the run up to it.

4) The 100,000 should be RNS'd

5) The BOD should provide more frequent updates and better communication.

But that analogy of shifting sands I used...

The passage of time has seemingly mollified everyone, and everyone has been soothed by the ongoing silence (and reduced % cut in the US deal)

I wonder if any of you have cared to work out how many tests we would need to sell at 10% to even get back remotely our market cap at the moment?

(Bill Behnke will obviously help to make inroads into the sector , but it's not going to be a walkover with millions of tests being sold in the near /medium term).

I am not suggesting for certain it will go private. But it is a possibility and , Brondby, just because in your experiential view you have only seen one or two companies do this, I have observed a few, Redx ,Men etc over last few months.

These companies found that they could get TENS of millions pounds more these companies found that they could get TENS of millions $ more going private.

Deramping?! What a strange thing to suggest. I want the share price as high as possible so I can sell some of these. I don't trust the BOD.

I think some people have got so much invested it's uneasy. .. especially when we have a very recalcitrant BOD.

3 months ago Brond, you were cheesed off because the BOD had been telling porkies on development, and we're uncommunicative.

Now you think it's okay that they only communicate 'real' updates... You mean like they always have been?!

All of these products from other companies that are gaining massive publicity and front pages are years away from launch.. yet they seek publicity.

For some reason, which I find infuriating, Ciz are a lacklustre bunch, now puppeteered by the Americans.

Anything could happen imo, from the status quo, to NASDAQ, to the test being a flop, to a cabal of American investors taking it private

Since there has been a glut of Bios delisting and going private -tempted by big US cash, that's my biggest fear for this.

I actually think the tech will work (hence the Behnke confidence), but whether minion PIs share in the success is a worry.

It's not helped by the absolutely diabolical communications, and unwarranted secrecy.

AS and BB could have sought out the mass of reporters in Chicago and made this a big story.

Why are they so reluctant to keep the share price low?

(They should be trailblazing this and shouting from the rooftops) I honestly don't get it unless they are very naive and just secretive by nature

These type of stories in the nationals are quite annoying in that reporters only pick up what is spoon fed to them.

However, you do have to ask yourself the question why OBD didn't have representation at one of the world's biggest oncology events?

Ciz Biotech (developing the world's first lateral flow test for state one lung cancer) were well represented.

I think they're trying to do it in the right order by accessing the US market with a deal there before launch.

What bugs me about this story - and journalists in general -is that they go for the easy story.

I know for a fact that because this story was spouted to them from a podium, it's easy pickings, because they're lazy.

I also know for a fact that The Cizzle story has been on the health reporters desk for about two months now.

But because they like spoon feeding these days, they can't be bothered.

Since the Daily Express have now run big with the prostate story I'm hoping they're going to go with the Cizzle story, because it's a much bigger story with more immediate relevance.

A producer at the BBC also knows about the story but whether they run it or not is another thing.

I do have a bit of a dark theory about why Ciz is not seeking publicity. They are openly not wanting publicity. (An oxymoron!). My suspicion is that long term they are trying to keep the price down because this will go private and list on the NASDAQ at a much higher price.

I think this Traf RTO could be quite interesting.

There's the obvious chance it could all fall through, there's a chance our share holding could be obliterated in the deal, but there's also the mouth-watering chance that if the Market accepts circa £3Mill intangible assets, and they carry debt forward as a tax loss, it could get fruity.

Since Traf has a MC of circa £300K, a new company with a market cap of circa £3Mill sounds rather good.

Whether this Traf management have the nous to pull it off and whether the market accepts it/ we get a fair share distribution, is another thing.

Why would directors want to take a company private with nothing to its name but one house!

Many people have got more in value personally than this company has to it's name.

Traf is a basket case of a company. I know quite a bit about it from yesteryear..

There is going to have to be some sort of share re-jigging here. Could be good or bad for shareholders. (And let's face reality - look at the share price and there's absolutely no chance they're going to get a decent hydroponics business ..look at LST for that)

HOWEVER - there is a chance to make good money here. This is a business with only one house to its name!

But with the house being listed at £830K , the market cap would almost triple if they sell it.

It's happened before with this company so worth a punt

It's in the public domain that they will need another £4 million fundraiser before end June..

Sure, FDA approval could come first, but the balance is tipping each day against this.
