Regarding the MOU - the cards are all with BIO.

Without the contract, Ciz has nothing in America (that doesn't involve massive investment/ dilution). It has no access to hospitals or the health network.

Without America, it doesn't have China (which previously stated, I am fairly sure is a write off anyway), and without America, there is no clear path to development in UK /Europe.

America holds all the cards here, and this period of negotiation - I'm half expecting Ciz to concede further ground.

But the overall picture is one of muddiness and murk for shareholders.

I don't think I've come across a company that's been so secretive; Ciz want to control the agenda and news to an almost Statist level, leaving shareholders to fumble around in the dark.

Why??

Why do they care if it's traded? Why do they care if this share price spikes up?

Ultimately if it works and gets to Market that won't matter, and at least it would give shareholders something to get their teeth into and understand - maybe even to trade! That's what we're in! A MARKET.

These are then transferred into nascent US company valued much higher - instant huge profits.

Of the shareholders can also transfer their shares across too.

For such a fledgling company as CiZ, I think it's a little early for this, but I can certainly see it happening because of the power brokering of The Americans.

I don't take exception to what you say, because, you've been stung - and so far, have been correct in some ways.

I invite you to state what you think is going on in the background and why it is a lifestyle company when salaries are minimal?

However I shall make a comment that I would like other people's views on - and this may tally with your hunch, Widglide.

There have been several companies delisting off AIM/LSE recently (biotechs) and stuffing shareholders.

They've then gone /going across to the States, where they are valued higher and fundraising is easier.

My niggling suspicion with this is that the Bill Behnke consortium and Ciz will go for private finance/ delist and make them all rather rich.

I'm not saying this will happen, but this is my suspicion to the negative, and with the secrecy of Ciz , it doesn't assuage my fears much.

One of the things I do agree with OAPk on (and Widglide) is that Ciz treat us PIs like pondlife. Useful fools maybe , in the bigger picture?

That if the money doesn't drop the company should RNS that.

I do not like how this company operates with Comms. They are far too secretive and misleading with wording.

You only have to go back to the " engage in clinical trials " RNS

Jace, the company have got to get into the mindset of being more open with prompt RNS', but unfortunately, using this as an example, it seems they are going to continue in the same vein.

RNS regarding cash - I really do think that long-term shareholders (I would class myself as being medium term now) deserve regular updates.

I think, if anything, this last 2 months debacle of communications has proven that news blackouts and questionable company statements lead to all sorts of speculation.

It's not good for informed investing.

Science, engineering, scalability, methodology, productivity..

However you want to term it I'm happy to do that. Same end, it has to work at scale .

As far as Ciz RNSing the $100K I totally disagree with you.

It goes to the heart of the problems experienced over the last 8 months.

Shareholders need to be kept up to date with changes so they can make informed decisions about their investment.

I don't mean that Neil is an "insider" in the context I think you're suggesting or any derogatory way.

I mean that I think he was (as many high value investors are across the board) ) asked to take part in the fundraising.

From that point on anyone asks to take part in a fundraising has " inside "knowledge as they will know where the share price is going short term , and what wider effects that will have.

I'm guessing that Neil knows about the $100K , but that is purely an educated guess. (Apologies Neil if I'm wrong about that one)

Semantics really. If it fails at commercial level it won't matter whether you term it science or engineering! (And remember we still don't know the science of the sensitivity specificity at scale)

I agree with the selling.. I think it's still a churn of placing shares.

It makes no sense otherwise as I cannot see that anyone who was in at recent weeks/months making any profit.

The only other explanations are distressed seller, and/or shorting.

But I doubt it would be shorting with news on the agenda.

I can't see it being the Telegram groups..who would be selling in bulk like that to drive it down? It would mean some of the group making a loss

Well, let's face it, you are an insider aren't you?

After being (I'm taking it ) offered to be part of the fundraising, your posts have been compromised.

That's just how it is.. you would have known that a bigger cash deal with biotechne wasn't happening, that the drawdown wasn't happening, other things.

So it's hard to separate your posts from knowledge you have, that we don't share.

BUT , as regarding this $100k, if it is not material then I don't see why you can't share?

But if you do know about it (and I'm guessing that you know the company has received it) then we have a very two tier message board.

And it's no longer one that shares information

The commercial test (the key to the entire thing) is not yet proven - and that is SCIENCE
