It's funny, when I was something like 5, I soon realized that to build my Lego house it had to be built starting at the base. I also realised that it was built bit by bit, until eventually my house was complete. It's ashame at your age you haven't yet realised that the cerps base is equally important to build first as well. ...My guess is that you never played with Lego when you were a kid....otherwise you'd have known this! Just my opinion of course.

Pinwiz - I have to agree with Ross, SWP is going to be huge for the company. I also agree with him that Leo is good at managing the plan with the finances he has access to. Onwards and Upwards ;)

Peter - If you search Google maps in Google, then once you have entered the GoogleMaps website: 1) Select 'satellite' from the terrain menu. 2) Type 'Ayoluengo de la Lora' and press enter. 3) You will see the site just to the left of the town name, click the road outside the site and an option for 'Street View' should pop up, click that. 4) Use the in screen arrows to walk around. Hope that helps.

Phillipy - Lol, I can assure you that those unrecognizable structures I was referring too were not wind turbines ;) ....It's the structures on the main site, together, side by side, vertical, metal cylinders.

That was the street address entered into GoogleMaps search bar on the app btw. Let me just find another way around it a sec.

Thanks Qnard, some good info too. Peter - Just Google Mapped our Spanish property: 09145 Sargentes de la Lora, Burgos, Spain It actually looks bigger than I'd have expected. There are several old looking nodding donkey pumps scattered around like satellites, each with a small storage tank connected. In the centre complex, there appears to be several bigger storage tanks, and also several tall slim metal parallel structures that I honestly couldn't say what they are. There's lots of not overly huge pipework running about the spread of the site. And much more that I can't really see on a mobile screen. If Leo wants to get bang for his buck, he could even sell the metal perimeter fences, the wooden/metal sheds and offices etc, lol.

Surely weight must have an impact on price, or is that covered in the €3000? .....if so, that's not as bad as I thought at all!

I would usually start with old rns's and company website details, and when in doubt, Google always saves the day. Once I get a moment I'll have a look around. Second hand value will be near impossible for me to determine, but the value of items when new would probably be possible, and would give a rough guide on potential used values.....then again, I wouldn't be able to value a used car ;)

I only ever watched the costs of Spain. The assets we held there were never of much concern to me at the time. But now you mention it, it gives me something to dig about for. Nonetheless, I'd rather see cash than shipping costs....unless something will come of great use to us...maybe that's why LK commented about utilising thing in TT.

Realistically, imo, I don't see that shipping the Spanish assets across the Atlantic as efficient. I think the vast majority of equipment will be sold locally, with the proceeds boosting our cash pile towards the 2019 SWP project. Onwards and Upwards.

Given the large spike in worldwide energy prices since the 1980s Bart program, the oil produced will have to be great enough to offset the increased cost that will inevitably result by the massive amounts of power consumed by our RF tech.
