Cashburn or Investing in the Future13 Nov 2018 10:14
A sceptical persons view is always useful to counter any overly positive outlooks.
A sceptical person, one who doesn't hold shares, one who has loitered around this BB for years, one who can't help but mention "cash burn" on nearly every post he makes, one who manages to twist every bit of forward motion into a negative spin, is clearly a deramper, not sceptical as they would prefer to call it.
Slightly more intelligent folk will understand that we need to spend cash to invest in the companies longer term ambitions, such as SWP. Steeldrum is an opportunity to help enable the company to generate more funds that we can put towards SWP whilst hopefully avoiding any dilution or loans as a result
That is the logic behind the Steeldrum acquisition, not a blanket to cover expenditure.....derampers who repetitively argue the latter are not opening their minds to the investment case of Steeldrum, simply because it doesn't meet their own trading agenda.
IMO, we are in brilliant hands, our base assets are increasing which obviously costs more until the value of those assets are released and realised, which in turn will give us extra cash to drive through with our SWP and S.American ambitions....We have institutional investors who also believe in the CERP story, as well as derampers who also want in, hence their constant presence around this BB....that's a win/win for all of us!
