Technically, you could say that if Moz were to legally challenge XTR/Explorator, for taking instant possession of the plant for their failure to meet repayment, Moz would end up facing legal costs when it's discovered that we do in fact own the plant. I don't see any other terms attached to the agreement in regards to the security, such as dates, elapsed or otherwise, as to when the transfer of title happens. So I consider that in a common law jurisdiction(Zimbabwe), the asset is as good as our already, unless Moz are silly enough to fight a losing battle at cost....or Colin forgot to tell us about the securities baggage, lol.

It took me ages trying to work out what you were saying, and to who, lol. If I understand you correctly, I would say that CB is referring to the value of the plant, rather than to the value of what Moz Gold produced when they were active. Exploratory received x amount of gold from its contractors, and announced the contractors combined production. So I would say that the monies generated by Mozs production has already been included, leading me to believe that the outstanding Moz debt is in the form of a plant, as per the Moz agreement. As a result, I believe that the 'split' of the plants value, that is already ours, maybe a leverage with Nexus in order to get a better deal. I could be wrong, and it certainly does seem that they are referring to cash, rather than about the value of the plant. Hmmmm.

I noticed and thought the exact same thing. However, suppose that was the cost of renegotiating from 60/40 to 50/50 deal. It would be a relatively small loss to incur, if and when Colin arranges 1 or 2 more alluvial contractors, whos additional production by volume would most probably far outweigh the comparative loss. I don't disagree with your point at all, but I'm choosing to sit back and watch how Colins plan develops before casting judgement on this particular point. Good post btw.

Lol, it's actually all quite interesting.... 1) Allegations of Russian government influence as they supply the vast majority of Slovenias gas. 2) An environmental protestor that kept hindering ASTs progress with frivolous claims to the courts. He lost his case and now there's theories that he may be pretending to be many angry AST holders. 3) Genuinely angry shareholders. 4) Shorters of the company. 5) Colin Hutchinson and his mob trying to get in cheaper. I apologise for emphasising the Houston WF projects again, but I was reflecting on its possibilities, and thought I might share it... Without knowing when, or if WF will be successful(bearing in mind we have seasoned professionals on board - Not so much the case for Range Resources). It's nice to think that of our 161 Goudron wells, many of which reservoirs are connected together, were each pumping at rates of 60-100bopd under natural pressure when originally drilled. That was until the natural pressure declined leading to the need for artificial pumping. The theory behind waterflood is to increase the pressure within the reservoir, thus forcing the oil out through the producing wells to increase the overall production. If successful, I wonder how close to the original natural pressure we can get it, and what the increase in bopd to all the connected wells could be? Whilst I'm here, it's also exciting to play with words. Try this out...... Add the word 'feeder' to the end of all our new assets.... ;)

You have to give Ross some credit, for all those times he's been wrong before, he certainly does keeps trooping on. What a little soldier he is ay! ;)
