This interview was full of spin and little substance. He start work had started on site. Fine it may have started but it’s currently stopped. He said the engineering team had been increased. What exactly does that mean? He said they were ‘helping’ Peel sort out the project SPV. Still? He said he would update the market on progress at Protos in ‘early June’. He then talked about a rosy future. I’m finding it difficult to trust him.

Best prospect of recoverable He is 138bcf. Based on the average chinese import price of $375/mcf (slide 6) that would value the He at around $51.7m or roughly £37.2m.

As this is less than the current MC where is the upside to the current SP going to come from? Can we trust/expect the anectdotal figure of $1500/mcf He to be realistic?

Come on PHE how about another ‘progress update ‘? Surely there must be some plans for Protos site works and/or securing DMG construction contracts? Save any rhetoric about the hydrogen economy and give us some substance about the first commercial DMG. Please.

Sharesport this is really useful. I see there are two related planning issues awaiting a decision in respect to site 10b regarding stuff like tree management and biodiversity. This may well explain the hold up on actual site clearance/preparation.
