For me no FOAK means no investment. I’m not bothered about FOMO but I am about FOLM ( fear of losing more!).

Just wonder what a typical day in the office looks like for the BOD given the lack of progress on all fronts? I assume they are being paid. Does anyone know how much? Is there a risk of another share issue or running out of cash?

I'm struggling to work out if NE are purely an advisory body ( i.e. the Planning Dept can choose to take the advice or not) or have authority to halt developments. I guess in the case of protected species and SSIs they do have power. The point raised about limiting noise increase to 3db seems somewhat excessive as I would imagine a bee fart is louder.

This Industrial Hydrogen Accelerator programme sounds promising. If PHE can get some form of government recognition and grant funding that would boost credibility and value significantly.

This talk about 500 DMG systems is all well and good but very fanciful. How many years/decades do you think that would take when we are looking at 3 years for the Protos FOAK since planning consent was given and still no news about Konin months after the LOI or whatever it was?

This further SPV delay was to be expected given the slow progress on site and markets dislike any delays. An RNS had to be issued today given this was the previous extension deadline. Disappointing but not the end of the world. HUI could still pull a rabbit out the hat between now and next deadline.

I guess this could mean the anticipated SPV financial close due by the end of this month will be put back yet again with a negative impact on the sp?

I did sell a few yesterday and that usually results in a upswing. Still time for it to finish up a bit on the day!

Yes the question is What Time ? in time? I can't see this going up now until there is some certainty of further deals but more importantly the FOAK which looks like it won't happen until 2023 at the earliest. Thanks Dr A but I can’t help feeling there is a bit more to this. I expect the final call to pull the loi maybe was from PHE not HUI directly. I just hope HUI and PHE have a harmonious relationship.

Still very confusing. There was an loi now there is no loi because HUI caught something in time? Caught what? Risk of giving away DMG secrets for MHI to evaluate? If so how would MHI evaluate DMG?

Mitsubishi not interested in working with HUI? Disappointing. Wonder why.

I believe you have 3 years from the granting of full permission within which to start construction. If you don’t then you have to re apply if you still want to build.

I suppose not having a CEO is actually saving money in staff costs but it does make me wonder what is the current monthly cash burn for PHE? I think TY was still being paid for example. What I don't want to see is a share issue to cover 'working capital' and such likes before the FOAK is up and running.
