Interesting meeting today with the All Party Parliamentary Group on Hydrogen. Government looking to develop a Hydrogen Strategy for UK. Interesting stuff such as Gateshead soon to have a 20% H2 blend with the natural gas network. More areas for national blending to follow. No mention of H2 production from waste product plastic but a least a couple of people attending the meeting in listen mode mentioned PHE and gasification as something to add to the consideration of H2 suppliers.

Does anyone know what exactly is required for the “financial close” of the SPV because it sounds like it is a prerequisite for the first DMG to commence actual construction? More funds? How much?

Mixed feelings about this. The dilution is very small so any negative impact (if any) should be small. It’s always a disappointment to see ‘mates’ get first and only dibs in these placings. The reasoning behind the placing seems credible enough and it ramps up the onus on PHE to deliver a successful first DMG this year. I need to understand more about the SPV though.

I’m thinking it’s now time for the BOD to put up the ‘for sale’ sign. The value in the ground is now well understood and best to handover to an established mining and retire on their millions.

Should add a few percent on open next week. Would be even betterif it appeared in one of the newspaper tips for 2021. This company has great tech and management and deserves to do well.

I will be pleasantly stunned if there is not a retrace on the London Stock Exchange but it is curious to see the current disparity with Tradegate.

I think the only downside from here would be general market malaise which would drag all shares down with it. Remarkable that PHE has held strong today so far. All works stock markets down today. Lets hope it stays that way

It would have been even better if they were willing provide a realistic timeframe for this first DMG installation to be a) construction completed and b) tested and commissioned.

At least the site clearance has finally started. That shouldn’t take too long to complete.
