My point with Singer is that at this price, he has lost money on his shareholding since the Yume takeover. So he must think the new combined entity will do better than RTHM on its own.

However, I can not see why they can’t be more transparent re. Iran project eg. problems a and b are successfully resolved, problems x and y continue to be worked on.

In the past they have said SPV not needed. If they would now prefer to wait for it, they should update the market of that fact.

As shareholders we are still none the wiser nine months on as to what continues to hold up this project.

The only way I can see that Singer benefits from this deal is if the SP of the combined company rises more than RTHM would have alone. He must think this is the case to press ahead.

The SP will get a serious boost from the buyback. That’s my prediction anyway.

I got the same reply as well yesterday from Tom. Asked for them to clarify which issues are resolved and which are not. Interesting he used the word ‘negotiation’ in his response to you - shows that this is not just logistics then. So much for the signed contract...
