It means there has been no interest in this share for ages, just algobots manipulating the price. Taptica on the other hand has had plenty of investment interest in the last 2 years.

Taptica has decent trading volume with real ‘o’ trades. A far cry from RTHM’s drip feed of algo trades which can move the SP on pitiful volume.

This deal is attracting attention and the TAP share price is in steep uptrend, dragging RTHM with it. I think this will continue pre-deal. Once the deal is done, the immediate buyback will boost it further.

If I had a short running I would be closing, fast. In fact I would have done it already.

If Tosca exerted buying pressure on TAP, causing the price to rise, it would also drag the value of RTHM with it. Double win.

I think there are plenty here who are heavily invested. Time will tell how wise that is. Upside potential is huge, but comes with some big ‘ifs’.

So other than INSTEX, what else do people think is holding up the Iran contract? I didn’t get the feeling from the last update that it would be all go the second INSTEX was functioning.

I was checking I wasn’t missing an RNS. Wouldn’t get too excited yet, this has been yo-yoing for weeks. Break out will come at some point though. My target is 18p before year-end.

1GW, I agree this is an odd deal, and must have been initiated when TAP’s SP was at a premium to RTHM’s.

Any deal will be dependent on Tosca’s agreement. Given their average purchase price is, I believe, somewhere between £2.50 and £3, I doubt they’ll sign up to a shafting. They have shown however they are not here for a quick buck, and this is probably all part of the long term master plan.

Brass, it remains to be seen what our masters have in store for us. As you say, how can it be an all share deal if Rthm will have fewer than 50% of the shares in the new company. That would be a sale at below the current market cap - which is scandalous. Time will tell...
