I agree one has to be objective, but you have made a sweeping (negative) statement with nothing to back it up, which is contrary to what the BOD are telling the market. Funding isn’t going to happen overnight but it is being worked on. Unless you believe management are lying?

‘We know it isn’t going to attract funding’. Do we? That’s not what the CEO and Chairman are saying. You might do well to listen to their Vox markets interview.

I think the most interesting point of the proactive interview is how confident they are of increasing their reserves in the vicinity of BKM. Sounds like they are going to be drilling again in the next few weeks.

They have already warned us there is more work to be done. This BFS is getting published at this time in order to maintain management credibility after the October debacle - they can’t go back on their word twice. Would be nice to see a favourable response to the BFS, but who knows in this market. SP going up and down like a yo-yo at the moment.

I think it’s unfair to trash TM’s emphasis on the ‘strategic partnership’ with ASIPAC. It seems clear to me that ASIPAC are going to be a middleman between Asiamet and Chinese contractors. The fact ASIPAC are putting someone on the board speaks volumes. I don’t think Asiamet had the begging bowl out but I do think they are realising that getting BKM in to production is going to be a greater task than they first thought and they could do with the additional experience of ASIPAC. He clearly alluded to their small team being a limitation.

TM’s comments about the BFS release were interesting. It sounds to me like it’s not finished at all, but mindful of missing more self-imposed deadlines, and killing their SP in the process, they are going to release what they have done so far. I think its’s going to come with some caveats that further work is required in other areas. At least they are going to release something as it’s been a very long wait...
