I think it’s unfair to trash TM’s emphasis on the ‘strategic partnership’ with ASIPAC. It seems clear to me that ASIPAC are going to be a middleman between Asiamet and Chinese contractors. The fact ASIPAC are putting someone on the board speaks volumes. I don’t think Asiamet had the begging bowl out but I do think they are realising that getting BKM in to production is going to be a greater task than they first thought and they could do with the additional experience of ASIPAC. He clearly alluded to their small team being a limitation.
TM’s comments about the BFS release were interesting. It sounds to me like it’s not finished at all, but mindful of missing more self-imposed deadlines, and killing their SP in the process, they are going to release what they have done so far. I think its’s going to come with some caveats that further work is required in other areas. At least they are going to release something as it’s been a very long wait...
