Mike, I fully agree. TM should take a serious look at what HZM management have pulled off. A country mile better than the fund raises ARS have done in the last year or so. That said, copper is basically in a recession whereas nickel is doing well, so a tougher task for ARS.

I agree, I think the chance of a profit warning at this late stage is very slim. In fact, I’m expecting decent profits (based on previous management statements) and a SP re-rate.

I think the answer to this is simple. African countries are increasingly keen to use African companies - rather than farming everything out to foreign companies. The problem is that most African countries lack the required expertise at the current time. Hence the Scanport/WSG arrangement. Scanport are Ghanaian, put can’t run the operation on their own, but can do so in partnership with WSG.

End of Q3 is end of September. Add in a bit of a an overrun - gives you early October. Less than eight weeks away.

My turn. Contract announcement in early October. 10 years. £5m pa revenue at current volumes with scope to increase to £17.5m as port capacity rises. SP to rise in to the twenties. PF to announce that other long term opportunities are being progressed in same RNS.

Sounds like they are due to start drilling again around BKM. Perhaps the deep drill between BKM and BKZ too.

I agree the LOI was for thirty days, but PF chucked out two additional ramps - firstly ‘our CFO is in Ghana now’ to finalise the deal, and secondly ‘let’s see what the share price is worth in the next week or two’. He ramped it.

PF’s big mistake was to put a timeline on getting the contract signed. When the timeline was missed, confidence flowed out of the SP at a fast rate.

However, I still believe it’s coming.

When £1m was raised, the company stated they needed 800k for the tech contract, and 100k would go towards Tema costs. That’s why 100k is being referred to. They have only put down a 500k deposit on the tech contract equipment so far - so more cost to come on that.

Like I said yesterday, Tema contract is going to take more time.

Impressive revenue growth but still loss-making.

My prediction for tomorrow; there will be plenty of talk of projects in the pipeline but no material change. PF’s last update on Tema did not give the impression that contract closure was imminent. It will come though.

I am sure we’ll get a pump on Thursday.

Why are people expecting interims this week? Last year it was Sept 21st. Am I missing something?

Tremor management have said that they recognise their house broker’s outlook - and that is for significant profit. They also stated they would issue a profit warning if they weren’t on track.

We have our forestry permits. You seem to keen on spreading scare stories updo...

I know this share has been downtrodden, but I do believe the results in September will be key. There has been a shadow cast on the figures since the takeover of RTHM and this will be investors and potential investors first chance to see audited results for the new group. The company is promising strong profits. If that is proven to be the case, the SP will correct higher imo. Remember RTHM (or BLNX) hadn’t made a profit since about 2013, so these results are expected to be significantly different.
