I am afraid this is debatable. The SP has gone from 90p to 9p in the last six years. Some longterm holders have seen their investments diluted to near non-existence. The company is consistently loss making. This is not something for a CEO to be proud of.

That said, I do think they are turning the corner, and I do accept the argument that they are spending to grow. I also believe the Ghana contract will be signed in the coming weeks.

Could this be takeover manoeuvring?

I thought we would get a holding RNS today, but I would guess it has been held back until the exchange of shares is complete. Another £6m changed hands this morning.

This is the time to be buying. Tema is coming and when it does this will gap up. IMO...

With these plugs suddenly appearing makes me wonder if those who had an interest in keeping the SP down have flipped sides and are now paying journos to promote it...

I’ve said for a while the valuation of this company makes no sense. Will re-rate over £2 soon, and hopefully back towards £3.

Don’t panic about the lack of contract. It is not uncommon for construction jobs to start before the contract has been finalised. It is my belief the contract will arrive in due course. The service is up and running, and failing a major F-Up, I can’t see why this won’t complete.

I don't know. But it makes sense to be buying at the moment. The contract is obviously taking longer to secure than PF expected (I suspect the Ghanaians want it fully operational before signing on the dotted line), but the probability of conversion looks much higher than any of the major projects we have been promised before.

The company is massively undervalued. Re-rate is inevitable and appears to have started. Remember some of the IIs slightly reduced their positions - this probably held the SP back in the last few weeks. The good new for holders is that the buyback occurred at those silly low prices. Onwards and upwards.

If the SP fell today because of Iran, that’s quite ridiculous. Iran has been dead for months and plays no part in the current share price.

Let’s hope the SP continues to rise this week. Only a matter of time before this re-rates IMO
