Hi Alfie, as you are aware our trust of Slovenia and timelines is very low but given the fact of possible court action I would presume they would act swiftly as if not it would be another black mark against them and strengthen ascents case further.
There is no doubt that this has been discussed at ministerial level before the offer of negotiations, so one would presume they are just defining what is amicable to each other. A certain fact is if Slovenia thought they would win the arbitration there would not be these discussions AIMHO.

Well if Biden wins it will strengthen the case even further for producing there own gas and I predict a big jump in prices if he does get in.
