Wouldn't it be amazing if Infrastrata or H&W is mentioned by name in the commons, I don't think it would break any rules as everyone will be watching from the markets.

Very tight lipped in Slovenia and I would expect some sort of update form AST after a month of discussions.

If only all decisions only took 3.5 months!

well the warrants were always their and good to see the prices are relative to current SP so more money in the bank if and when they choose to use their options, must admit the timing is strange and must be apart of a bigger announcement IMHO.

patrick842- in several communications from ARSO and Ministers they observe what we are doing is low volume hydraulic stimulation not actual fracking as the world knows it and is far less imposing using a 10th of the water required by actual fracking, that is partly the reason why several Slovenian ministers deemed it was not applicable for an EIA and has not been required for the last 70 years, Slovenia decided not to listen to their own expert advice which was another strong point in the letter.

I read the letter sent to Slovenia again yesterday and it is well put together and undisputable- sighting ARSO bias, political agenda, year wait for a 2 month decision, wells stimulated prior to AST buying the field (1999) with no EIA required, 5 year interruption in production due to Slovenian dither. ARSO leaking information to the press, minister openly showing his dislike for AST in public forums. All of which AST have retained evidence. We should get to 10p before the deal in my opinion and if a decent deal should set us back on the road to a decent recovery. AIMHO

stokey12- Why would you think INFA would get "CAUGHT" by it? I doubt if China or Russia would be thinking of buying a controlling stake in INFA...

With the pressure mounting on DAERA from the media, Infa's legal team and most probably ministers I would presume there should be some movement shortly, If they have got their legal team to respond regarding the NIEA permits then I can't see any other reason for delay so it is either ML or 40 day disclosure to the public. I did find it rather encouraging that the only thing that was stalling was the applicability of the extraction and dispersal permits, and that should not take more than a week to get a decision. AIMHO

Very pleased to see Infrastrata are raising the bar in all areas with very good prime media coverage, Time for the political arena to start putting there money where their mouth is and getting these projects going, The UK is depending on it and need it. No more dithering!
