With respect to legal route, there has to be a decision first. I am sure if it is refused then legal route will be followed.

Well we have closed above the sticky 43p resistance so that should be our support going forward, be happy when we are at the +£1 but don't think it is far away now.

I find it difficult to except that the project is "Highly Controversial" when it has been known for the last 12 years already has the extraction and disposal permits and we are working within the legal framework (going above and beyond).
The only controversy is from the Tree Huggers with nothing better to do, instead of being happy that INFA are going above and beyond what they need to do to protect the environment, and with the H&W team we don't need to do as much transportation on land.

The M.O.D claiming a £13.5 B shortfall is just BS, any budget is never accepted and they want more.

IMO any type of contract win now would send the SP above the next resistance levels of 56p & 86p then clear ground to £2 AIMHO

are that the SP is going to have a continual rise, Hopefully breaking the 43p resistance today and heading to the 56p. But the logic has not followed here in the past so will wait and see.

Speedy- That article states the 8 type 26 and 5 type 31s are being built in Scotland, surely that would mean they will not be building the FSS ships and new design ships? That only leaves Team resolute for the £1.5B contract at least.

The extra money for the MOD will not only be for new builds but also refits, the docks are still empty, but sure they have something coming....

Multi Billion Pounds in contracts, under 30m mcap at the minute what will it be this time next year £300m-£800m?

IMO- some contracts will be issued without tendering, like the £60m bab was offered to keep Appledore open.....

Looking at the chart if we can break above the June resistance 43p (where we are at now) that should open the door to 56p+ next resistance.

with the large warships required there are only two yards that can build them and Belfast is one of them.
