What would be the purpose do you think ? If they were thinking of heading to the FTSE's then there is more to consider than share price and volume which would be more to our benefit rather than theirs (which is probs why they would stay in AIM...).

Okies - i've just read it and my understanding is that the funds are to build DMG units, not the plant / housing / infrastructure of the site etc. Its the talk of long lead items that crystalised that for me.

I think they could have been clearer in the RNS because it shouldnt be open to interpretation and I am a bit dark that this was for majority stakeholders only.

That being said, overall, this looks like a positive thing - I think we will see the SP drop because that RNS is a bit oblique and AIM tends to be emotional. I think it will mostly be seen as a buying opportunity though.

Hi Exiledsaint2 - the plant is not actually PHE's, its Peel's. The current model is for PHE to sell the use of the tech via licencsing. With this in mind, and assuming the licence is not locked into Peel (which would be rather odd) then PHE should be out there looking for more and diverse partners to flog their tech to.

To date, this BB has been a positive force in a negative world ! Today, clearly, its slipped a bit.

I think if we ensure that anyone who wants info gets it from the interweb or trawls the BB / RNS's themselves and that all encouragement to buy or sell is ignored, then our happy little gang won't go far wrong.

If a post makes you uncomfortable, ignore it, perhaps filter the poster.

Nobody here owes anybody anything so anyone driving hard to get a response is probably best avoided.

I still think we post info / views of interest - but more because the poster thinks it helpful to the group rather than in response to others.

Use or disregard as you see fit !

I wonder if the partnership dance they have been doing with Toyota to date is Toyota working out whether to try before buying or acquire job lot. Perhaps they are both trying to minimise their risk and have yet to define something that is acceptable to both parties....and lets face it, that could end up as anything or nothing !

I say this gently - if you are asking a BB for an AIM stock if now is the right time to release funds and invest in said stock, then please do not do it.

Have a read up on the avalable info and past RNS's, join Bens Telegram group and confirm to yourself your risk appetite, investment vehicle, whether this is a short or long hold and your entry price.

Then go for it, wait for your entry price or stay how you are. It really does have to be your decision though !
