Fun fact for those interested in facts.....'illegal immigrants' by any definition, make up less than 5% of overall immigration and less than 1% of the UK population.

The Tories needed a scapegoat and this was it....and now its being leveraged for even more sinister reasons.

We need to ask where the money went and is still going....becos its not immigrants, its not even pensions, benefits, infrastructure or services.

So....where has all the money gone ? One example is the £14 BILLION being given to American companies who barely pay a bean in tax here to 'support the development of AI'. Emperors new clothes if ever there were any. Oh, I mean they have committed to an additional 13,250 jobs but have not stated where those jobs will be or who will be eligible for them......work visa anyone ?

This is the stuff most people miss when they go on about 'the boats' or any other fairly inconsequential agenda item. Its all to keep us distracted.

I'm not sure anyone should be taking the US too seriously wrt their judgement. Of course they want to redirect attention from themselves and the utter nonsense that is, and will, impact US stocks, bonds and debt.

Haven't scoured the thread for this - but supreme court says the drilling at Horse Hill is unlawful as there is no planning permission and Surrey CC agrees but is not doing a thing to enforce it.......so what gives ?
