Why would they want to buy shares?

If I were them I would not as they've already got millions in options so are incentivised to get this to well over 3p (their top option price). And BOD buying shares proves nothing (see AJ and POW's falling price for details....AJ also used to prop up the ECR share price with occasional buys when he was CEO).

BOD buying (or not) is irrelevant.

Since AH took over the reigns the DD has been much more diligent with more structured planning, more thorough sampling programmes and better planning towards drilling and resource proving at both Lolworth and Hurricane.

Both have had excellent sampling results and Lidar has confirmed the structures.

What are your thoughts on the prospects of the Queensland licenses?

We know the plan of action at both Hurricane and Lolworth now for the next few months.

A steady stream of results over the coming months (no 'action packed' promises ;-)

Nice to have a plan that is well though out in advance and sets out the timetable towards drilling at Hurricane s well as honing in on the REE and gold sources at Lolwoth.

Now we wait for the results to start coming in.

Snip, Now you know they never said that about Creswick as it has always been said that Creswick is a nuggety gold prospect and resource is more scattered.

Hurricane is a different beast where the quartz host is easy to identify and map.

Still waiting for what 'DD failures' you were alluding too...fourth time of asking

Looks like we will be getting a lot more clarification on Hurricane over the coming month or two.

AT HURRICANE:

* Lidar has pinpointed the prospects which are easy to locate (they literally stick out of the ground)

* Tornado looks the best initial prospect with a length of 200m and widths of 3-20m

* Previous channel sampling and rock chip sampling at Tornado provided results up to 17g/t

* Adam would be very pleased if Tornado averaged 3g/t overall (that's easily commercial grade)

* Bulldozer will clear the access road for drilling.

* Once that track is cleared it will be extended to the Holmes prospect.

"Late Stage"

What they mean by late stage is that the quartz ridges are easily defined so don't have to be searched for.

"You just have to drill them out" so it's a lot quicker and easier to get a JORC research as you know the area of prospectively.

Notrex, Snip has decreed that we all talk in absolutes...how dare you put 'if'....He'll have you over his knee (again) ;-)

The Lidar results at Hurricane are good and show good results at all 3 prospects.

There will be boots on the ground to do rock and soil sampling in August

Targets are being identified for a drilling programme that will start in September

ECR share price rose to 1.2p on news of the Hurricane deal so will exceed that when gold is proven and confidence is higher

At Lolworth

A 10km ridge has been identified where Niobium and other rare earth minerals have been identified in initial sampling

A more thorough sampling programme has been undertaken in the area with results due anytime.

When we get positive results proving viability from the ridge the SP here will be multiples of the current level.

There is a second ridgeline with the same characteristics that has been identified....but is treble the size.

In Lolworth the stream and soil sampling from last year showed that two thirds of the 900km2 license area was 'shedding gold'

The BOD described Lolworth as a multi-mineral world class resource.

When Lolworth results come back positive for REEs at commercial levels and Hurricane is proven to be commercially viable then ECR mcap will exceed £100m (over 8.5p per share) or over 28 times the current value.

There you go Snip....no ifs, buts or maybes.

The last absolute statement you made was in April when you said there would definitely be a raise within 4 weeks....that worked out well

I actually mean posts that discuss the company and their activities, upcoming news and prospects

Rather than posts that dwell on the past 10 years, peoples motives, holdings and personalities (i.e. 'kevin' posts).

If/when ECR have a few postitive RNSs (as In notrex's scenario) they will assumedly be positive sampling from Lolworth, positive rock sampling from Hurricane, disposals generating cash, and drilling targets/positive drilling results in either/both Hurricane and Lolworth.

With the above scenario the SP would be say 1.5p (random number)......with the stage of development of the company, the size of the prospects at both licenses (including the 3 times larger second unexplored ridge with the same characteristics at Lolworth) and the confidence that would bring I would expect investors to stay invested at that point as there would potentially be a lot more upside to come.

You mentioned DD issues a couple of days ago and I asked which DD issues you were referring to....not had an answer from you yet

Only mentioned my holding in relation to the EGM posts.

It does not matter to if you do/don't believe me ...my holding has no relevance to anyone on this board anyway

Interesting (9:45 post) that you think that a succession of positive posts would lead to shareholders rushing for the door.....surely a succession of positive posts would increase confidence in the company.

With a c£4m mcap there will be a massive upside (and further potential upside)when we get a number of positive posts and would therefore be much closer to a proven commercial resource and investors would stay for that.

I agree. A Lidar survey was never going to be a game changer and cause the SP to double.

It is good that all three prospects results in the survey were as good as hoped and at this stage still show good propectivity.

Boots on the ground in August will give a better idea with rock chip and soil sampling providing more confidence and identifying drilling targets.

Lolworth REE/Niobium/Lithium sampling could be the trigger here.

Usually I would say soil/rock chip sampling would not be a game changer on the SP, but with the potential 10km length of resource and the fact that they are REE which are very desirable it could be the tipping point back to confidence here.

AH definitely has put his stamp and reputation on both Queensland licenses and is following a plan to methodically build Hurricane and Lolworth resource confidence with a view to proving a commercial resource.

This will play out over the next couple of months and we could potentially be in a very different place to the current SP.

It's very noticeable thar whenever anyone posts anything of substance or a positive post on ECR that you then flood the board with abusive/irrelevant posts to drown out any discussion.

An example is yesterday when I posted the 'meanwhile in the RNS' Post you started your multiple 'Kevin' posts.

And BTW just putting IMO at the end of a post does not legally protect you if your content is liableous/slanderous.

I am CURRENTLY sitting on a loss....I have not made a loss....there is a big difference....and I am confident to be sitting on a profit by the end of the year ;-)

At Lolworth they are completing a comprehensive testing of the 10km ridge that showed good Niobium and REE minerals results on initial testing.

Further positive results there will see the SP increase here as speculation increases.

And with a current MCAP of only c£3m there is plenty of scope for this to multi-bag.

........and something that got lost in the start of June's interview is that there is another area three times the size on an unexplored section of the lease, that is showing similar pegmatite properties.

And that's not even taking in to consideration the excellent stream sampling for gold which I believe they will be trying to narrow down the prospective source(s) over the next 12 months.

Interesting and potentially game changing times ahead.

And it's all so bad at ECR that Notrex decided to buy another couple of hundred thousand shares a few weeks ago.....because he wanted to throw more money at a company he expects to fail.

Makes no sense and seems foolish........
