Notrex, Thanks for your concern over my finances, but I am very comfortable in my investment and am confident in recouping and making a profit in the mid term.

I'm not bitter, at the end of the day it's my/your choice to hit the buy button so I take responsibility and do not blame others ( a lot of the twitter sheep invest with no research and then whine when they make a loss).

My timing on the buys could have been a little better though...lol

I would explain why I am confident , but as you have previously admitted, you have no interest/understanding of the actual field operations of the company , it would be completely lost on you

And IMO you have to be an absolute idiot to invest (or stay invested) in a company that you have absolutey no faith in the BOD.

IMO , If you have no faith in the BOD it's like backing a football team with a tactically inept manager who are playing against Man City...you are a fool.

Do you trust the BOD.?

If the answer is no then sell up and move on as you would be a fool to stay invested in a company that you believe is being run badly.

Banging on with the same argument for the last month and a half serves no purpose as nothing has changed or will change until the next announcement/RNS

If you have faith in the BOD then let them get on with their job and wait for the upcoming results.

They will determine the mid term direction of the SP.

Lolworth results will be the next ones due and should be in July.

There will be fallow periods where there is no news and the trading volumes dip (it is AIM) and that's the reality of gold exploration. We are just in one of those quiet periods, and who knows, one excellent set of REE results at Lolworth could be the catalyst for a significant volume uplift.

Morning Dan, There wouldn't be a TR1 as you need c45m to trigger one.

No confirmation RNS is strange though.

Dan, The Blue Mountain deal is 31.9m at 0.62 and I cannot see that the figures are renegotiable.

So that means we've effective got it at half price with the current SP .....lol

Could Panther have been the large seller?

Anyway , That will be on the back burner for a while with Lolworth being pressed ahead with and Hurricane being prepped.

Notrex...about 0.175% of ECR shares traded today...not a great sample to judge today's trading as an indicator (and that includes the UT).

That's why Lolworth is the focus.

As AH put it, all results there have exceeded expectations so far and the Niobium and REE discovery is a real bonus.

The plan must be to drive the SP by progressing the 10km 'ridge' and prove up the REEs. We know sampling is underway.

Let's assume that early indications are that those elements are constant along the ridge and potentially commercially viable (they eont be fully commercially proven in a couple of months).

Where would that take the mcap of the vompsny that currently ditsy at £3m.

Wold enable a healthy raise with lots of interest.

HR3 was a huge mistake.. and was only 2nd or third choice at Baillieston, so a big and costly mistake.

To be fair to AH he drilled Blue Moon, which all shareholders had been wanting since 2019, he tested and did some initial drilling at Crewick which again shareholders were all asking for so I don't think we can criticise him there.

Queensland projects are where his focus truly was since he's taken over and he will be judged on the success there.

The company is obviously very excited about Lolworth and that will be the focus (as per today's RNS)

Based in what?.....wishful thinking.

From ECRs perspective AH stated in an in interview last year (I believe its the one where he stated he'd had no approaches for a Creswick JV) that he would no entertain s JV proposal until he had s full idwa/understanding of the potential resource so that he could ensure that any JV would be on good/favourable terms.

From thd other parties viewpoint, what company would risk a huge financial commitment based on surveying and few surface samples alone. Perhaps the sort of company that couldn't organise an orgy in a brewery?

My favourite was when you thought a JV could have been agreed on Hurricane even though we have not even put a drill in to the ground yet....that was only a couple of weeks ago.

There are many time you have posted "JV" or "big buyer" posts, but I would have to trudge back through thousands of your one line posts (especially on a Sunday when you even reply to yourself on occasion) to find them.

TI, I just put a guess on here so Snip is not agreeing or disagreeing with me....we may break even on the rig as we got it at a discount, but we certainly won't make a stonking profit on it.

I don't know the market rates for new, but 1 registered owner (you know what I mean) rigs.

You took instant umbridge when Snip said it would be sold at a loss and got quite abusive, but I assume you have no clue what it will sell for either so you cannot say for sure it won't

I think Snip is a baseless deramper (which I think is fair given his posts), but on on the flip side you also seem to put baseless ramps or criticism of others viewpoints when you cannot offer evidence of your counterargument.

Also your posts are very antagonistic and cause as much disruption as the repetitive deramp brigade which has led a few of us to wonder if you are a foil for them and part of their group.

My guess would be £180k-250k (but that is a not too educated guess)

Dan, POW is also a good example where BOD buys are used to prop up the SP and are not necessarily an indicator of strength.

An old tactic PJ used to use in his ECR days and has continued in POW..

Although the drilling at Hurricane is commencing to satisfy and confirm/reject the acquisition there, it looks like the main focus of activity will be Lolworth:

"In the interests of finding the best possible value for money from the Company’s assets, the Board have decided to focus resource on our Queensland assets in the near term. Sampling results from Lolworth have exceeded expectations on every metric to date, so working smarter and harder we will prioritise efforts there in the near term. The Directors believe that the Hurricane project too offers exceptional potential"

And a positive final statement:

"In summary, the Board have every expectation of delivering a Company changing discovery during the 2023 exploration campaign, and we look forward to sharing developments with you as the story unfolds."

Snip, I've said previously that a raise would have come if the initial Creswick drilling had been successful and the SP had gone 1p+.

You said that there would definitely be a raise at less than 0.5 and within 4 weeks.....which was completely unfounded and a blatant deramp.

Notrex, you make a good point (never thought I would type that) in that alot of investment has come out of AIM with the reduction of quantative easing that has trickled down and cost of living meaning people have to monetise their investments.

A lot more emphasis is put on results, so it's good that we will have a raft of sampling on the rare earth elements in Lolworth and sampling and drilling campaigns in Hurricane to come.

Results will be the main determining factor on the SP.

Other factors include the sale of assets (drill and property) which would stabilise finances, BOD buy in or a twitter pump from the usual suspects (there are alot of sheep out there who buy on a 'tip' from the 'experts'with no research).

All possibilities.

What do you consider 'hype' on ECR as you have mentioned this many times?

10 months (from the end of the year which we have funds until)....So by then we will have completed at least 3 or 4 drill programmes at Hurricane, completed the Rare Earth sampling at ridge one at Lolworth as well as some initial drilling on that ridge, and instigated soil sampling at Rare Earth ridge 2 (the one triple the size of the 10km ridge 1).

The ECR landscape and SP could look pretty different by then ;-)
