The 2 x 1m look like a Bed & ISA being 10 seconds and 0.005p price difference so nothing to get excited about.

Luca, Second half of that post was unnecessary as you've expressed that view many times and it did not add to the point that you were making.

It shows a great deal of confidence in Hurricane if they are waiting until after the drill results !!!

And the timeline and urgency will be massively adjusted if they get a couple of hundred £K from either a rig or property sale...both sold and another c£500k in the coffers takes us well in to next year

Yep, and they are about the same down as ECR in the last 12 months (and 4% down today).

Everyone who has been here for a long time knows PJ 's m/o was to spread the company over many countries with dubious mining/foreign investor unfriendly governments (i.e. Phillipines and Argentina) and continually make Director purchases to shore up the SP.

He's done exactly the same at POW.

Of course the difference may be that he took ECR to the brink with his cavalier risk taking....let's see what happens at POW (after throwing enough s*** at wall he may get some to stick eventually).

Anyway enough POW talk....back to ECR

The fact that they've not gone for an early raise (which would have been the easy thing to do) does show me that they are confident of some positive news coming down the pipeline to shift the SP.

As I said earlier, a bad case scenario would be a 200m placing @ 0.3 which would not be the end of the ECR world (c17% dilution) as it would give us funds for another 6-9 months and take us to initial Lolworth drilling and Hurricane drilling programme 2 or 3 , so plenty of value adding activity.

Hopefully that won't happen and we'll get some asset disposal news or positive results to drive up the SP

Luca, Nobody here has disputed the fact that, if we don't sell the rig or property, there will need to be a raise in the next 3 months.

The BOD don't have to buy shares in the company as they all have options at 1,2 and 3p so don't need to invest further...they already have skin in the game around financial incentive to get the SP to a decent (c10+ bag from here ) level.

If they buy it means nothing...for example PJ bought shares in POW for 1.65 at the start of last year and they are now trading at 0.65....Director trades mean jack and are often used as a crutch for the SP.

We were told Hurricane drilling would commence in September and that the access is being sorted for the rig.

Will be interesting to see of Midas has been hauled up to Queensland or if we will be using contractors.

Would be good if we can get an asset sale quickly as the placement is surely only a couple of month's away if extra funds are not secured.

Notrex, the last two RNSs aren't going to set the world on fire or shift the SP...they were more of a , the work is progressing as planned, type notifications.

Once they hone in on the resource at Lolworth, or (likely sooner) we have confirmation of the drilling programme schedule at Hurricane or the rig/ property sales then we can get the SP moving.

until then Luca will complain about the lack of positivity while tweeting/posting negatives, Snip will ask the same questions about funding and predict an immediate rise and Tamer will put inane positive spins on every little phrase in a RNS (still waiting for that Hurricane JV Tamer...lol).

As you were and low daily trading volumes until we get something of substance.

Still waiting for the raise that you said would definitely happen in April ...lol.

Rig sale or property disposal would certainly remove the requirement for a raise in Oct/Nov

Or just the fact that it's a progressing RNS and not one that would peek most investors interests.

And that's the point, the new CEO has brought a more rigorous and structured approach to ECR and moved the main focus to two excellent prospects in Queensland.

The BOD should buy shares argument is a poor one for me ....Look at PJ (who took ECR to the brink a few years ago). he regularly buys shares in POW and it has no effect on the progress or prospects of the company and the SP dips anyway.

I do agree that there need to be a review of the BOD and the value they are adding, but given the point of exploration we are at the moment I would say now is not the time and that's one for the AGM (we don't need to pull everyone away from the business of exploring.

Should get a Hurricane drilling programme/rig on site/ drilling to commence on x date update within the next two weeks.
