Can you please point to the results/sampling from either Hurricane or Lolworth that would indicate either of there are 'crap'.

From the results I have seen they are looking very positive and in Lolworth's case even have the bonus of Lithium and REE potential.

Legal, No mention of Hurricane or Lolworth by name.

It was just a scene setting interview with Mike generally setting out what the board will be looking to do and how the will be remunerated.

I assume we will get more information after they complete the review.

Hurricane option will be interesting....I assume they could pull the trigger on the option based on Lidar, site visit historic results and sampling? there is minimal financial risk as the remainder of payment is based on production if I remember correctly.

Just listened to the interview and thought that Mike (going to have to get used to that) came across well in saying he felt the company was undervalued and was confident that they could add value for the shareholders.

Good that they have not rushed out a wave of changes, but are doing a full review/appraisal of the business and will update us in due course with a considered plan of action.

Highlighted the numerous assets that the company has and that they will look to maximise/leverage those assets.

Also good that they are on a share/performance based remuneration package which means they only get rewarded for adding shareholder value.

Agreed Techguru, Funding was the anchor holding the SP back...that as now been resolved.

I think you could describe that as a potential watershed period if you are looking forward and not back.

Quite possibly, but it's time to look forward and not back.

the one thing that has not changed are the excellent prospects at Hurricane and especially Lolworth (with additional Lithium, Niobium, etc that could be a huge asset).

Two thirds of the 900km2 area of the Lolworth licenses were described as 'shedding gold' by the company....that's a large area.

A raft of sampling results are due over the coming weeks and AJ's stated aim was to identify drilling targets in Lolworth by early next year.

This could be a transformational/exciting time for the ECR prospects over the coming weeks/months.

I've been saying for a month now that they should bite the bullet and raise £600k (I wasn't far out) as the potential value those funds can add with the activity they enable far outweighs the dilution.

The money will enable us to get through a couple of drilling campaigns at both Lolworth and Hurricane so we can progress towards a proven resource and that's where the value add will really kick in.

Current mcap is c£4m. Value of assets (with no addition for resource) is c£6m and when they do have encouraging results at Lolworth OR Hurricane this could easily get to a £30m + mcap in the next 9 months and now we have the finances available to get to that point.

Obviously , best case scenario is that we do have a proven resource in a year or so at at least one of the licenses and then you are looking at a 9 digit potential figure..... obviously that's a scenario , but shows the potential here.

ECR need the finances sorting and that's why the 2 new board members have been brought in.

ECR still have thd excellent prospects at Lolworth and Hurticane, 2 x rigs, property to sell and the Victoria licenses .

If you look at what ECR's main need is at the moment and it is to sort out the financing.

The two appointments have obviously been made with that in mind.

ECR has some very good prospects in Hurricane and a potential behemoth in Lolworth, but they need the ability to progress those projects.

I like the thinking that AH could stay on as a part time consultant as I like the technical and more professional approach he has brought to the company and feel his experience will be valuable moving forward.

Those that knee jerk sold on Friday may regret it as the business plan for the next 6 months to a year is unveiled.

Next week is definitely going to be be an interesting one either way.
