So if all the placement shares are being forward sold (as some are claiming)for 20% ptofit , should we not be seeing 10s of millions of shares sold at 21p......I'm not seeing that.

The one thing I don't like about the remuneration is point 1 below

"(i) the price at which an equity fundraising in the Company was carried out during that quarter or (ii) if there was no fundraising, the price equal to the volume weighted average price of ordinary shares in the Company calculated over the previous 14 days, provided always that the minimum ordinary share price that shall apply is 0.175 pence."

What is to stop them from putting out an offering at a stupid discount i.e. 50% reduction on current SP?...It does not incentivise them to maximise the price they get for any placement. I would hope there are checks and balances put in place where the other board members have the ability to veto any such discount move.

So you've been screaming for Director buys for the last 9 months and now Mike & nick have effectively invested £180k of their salaries over the next 12 months and rest of the board have sacrificed their salaries with £40k of shares.

So the board has given a joint investment of £220k of salaries in to shares over the next 12 months.

You wanted Directors to show commitment to the company by way of share purchase...and that's one hell of a commitment.

Plenty of 'skin in the game'

* They are taking £24k out of the company in the next 12 months ...the rest is in shares.

For months investors have been asking for salary sacrifices and investment by the directors:

* The Directors have sacrificed their salaries for shares and effectively invested £40k in the company

* Mike & Nick's 'salaries' are c90% paid in shares.

So the directors and shareholders interests are aligned

I'm on the fence at the moment.

I believe in Lolworth and Hurricane having great potential and that why I've bought a few more shares (I just feel we are undervalued atm)

Must admit I'm not a Doc H fan from his podcasts, however he's been preaching how to run companies for years and this is his chance to practice what he preaches.

I get the impression his ego won't take a failure that would damage his reputation so he will be all in to prove himself with ECR.

He did come across well in the initial interview (AG mentioned GGP which was cheeky) and seems to be taking a structured approach with the review.

As with yourself I'll make a longer term decision on whether to hold ECR once 'the plan' is revealed.

In the mean time I'll continue to hold as I feel there will be a near term iupside as the sampling results are received and the twitter awareness of the company builds.

Absolutely agree with the requirement for the short/mid term company plan to be set out clearly and screen they need to hone in on Lolworth unless Hurricane presents an easy access high probability commercial grade prospect.

Hopefully at that point it will hive you enough confidence to re-invest.

Yes Snip, We took a financial bath on the two properties.

Not sure what time and cost the access to the land has saved us, but I would not expect it to offset the loss we have made on the properties...not a good decision.

What do you think about the results we have had so far on Lolworth and the prospects for both gold, Lithium and REE resources on the licenses?

And that's the point Snip...I've engaged with posters and tried to put reasoning and evidence behind my point of view.

Where as some have imply made broad stroke bold statements based on either unrelated history or nothing at all and not on the current or future prospects.

I think we will have to agree to disagree on this.

Snip, Just fed up with people making general statements on the current licenses based on little/no evidence.

I've done OK on ECR in the last 4 years, although my core holding is down, I have successfully traded on a number of occasions and posted those on here (especially when we were 3-4p).

I don't think there is any 'ramp' going on , just optimism of a fresh injection of ideas (good to see a c13% rise here today and not a 'traders dream' 30-40% spike....hopefully we'll just get a steady rise).

Personally I am very confident that Lolworth is a fantastic prospect as all results so far have been very encouraging(I think 9 positive sets of sampling so far) and the Lithium and REE potential has not been fully explored.

Hurricane has good grades from the historical results and we have a better view of the reef structure from the Lidar.

So I am looking from a purely operational/resource prospectivity point of view as in the medium /long term what will drive the SP here will be the proving up , or not, of a commercially viable resource.

As with all junior explorers ECR need to keep the finances to be able to progress and the recent placement gives some breathing room and scope for activity.

At the end of the day over the next year or two....

No resource - ECR goes bust

Commercial resource proven - many multiples of today's SP

Time will tell

Legal, I think you are absolutely correct that the full picture here will only come out once the dust has settles, the review has been completed and we get an ongoing plan of action.

The 'necessary evil' of today's raise has given some breathing room and alleviated the main anchor on the SP.

Some good sampling results would add to some momentum here in the short term as the resource confidence would improve.

Dr Mike (don't know what to call him now?) did say they were looking at 'new opportunities' which may not necessarily be new projects , but may be opportunities to improve cashflow (sell/lease the 2nd rig) , gain cash (sell Baillieston?) or other plans.

Until we get the post review plan of action we are all speculating.

What we do know id sampling results will be coming in regularly over the next month and the current mcap is trading at half the asset value of the company.....both those factors seem to indicate a likelihood of an SP increase....time will tell
