Agreed Dill....and if they are filling more orders the size of the late reported trades we saw yesterday , they are going to be shaking hard.
Once done this will bounce back quickly.

Can someone explain the debt repayment(was it $6BN).
When do they have to start repaying the interest and the credit?
and is the interest annual (£600m/yr) or total (just one £600m interest payment)

Now that all those buys/sells are cleared I can see the SP getting a leg up tomorrow.
Looks like some large positions have been taken up ready for news.

Well i think its safe to say those warrants have been forward sold.
Huge trades reported after the bell

The 3 main pieces of news we are expecting next are:

. Ballieston ground exploration findings update - due August , so any time from next week
. Creswick JV deal agreement - can come any time (This is the big one !). 4 interested parties including Newmont.
. Ballieston drilling/exploration programme - my guess would be end of August

Ballieston JV agreement is also an outside possibility if the interested party come with another improved offer...I think we will take this forward ourselves for now though.

So all those warrants added together account for only around a 3% dilution.
A lot of scare mongering over the warrants with some individuals looking for a lower buy in.

It will work to a degree after the sheep who follow certain twitter accounts will be easily scared.
(Great money making scheme by the way : have loads of followers, buy shares, then tip the shares on your twitter, your sheep buy the shares as they rise, shares go up and your followers think you are wise, you dump shares at the top and let your followers take the hit as it drops back......then rinse and repeat with another company)

Directors will be prohibited from buying as they are in negotiations for a JV so will be in a closed period.

It will be interesting to see if there are any chunky trades reported after the bell today or tomorrow.
Such a big move in the SP may suggest a large background buyer this morning???

Yet here you post regularly with boom, 10p in 5 minutes, flying, undervalued, buys flooding in , 15p target type posts.

If you are in ECR you are in the correct place.

Why does anyone care what someone elses average is ......

1, Would you take any advise from someone who is over 90% down
2. ECR was a completely different company pre August 2016 when the new BOD took over and changed the direction and focus of the company
3. What the was 7 years ago has absolutely no bearing on the future SP (although 80p would give a nice retirement fund).

$1941 ….seem to be a never ending rise....easily an all time high.

The starts seem to be aligning for ECR (now where did I put that Creswick JV contract.....lol)

Seems to be consolidating 2.4 - 2.45 with a large number of sells & buys.
Looks like we have found a new level.

Our charty friends have predicted a push to 3.25 if we broke 2.25 so we will see if the charts are true (not a great believer personally )

Hi Mercman, No, I think that the potential of ECR has finally been realised and the multibagging impact of a Creswick deal is now starting to be priced in.
Speculation of that being completed will drive this upwards as I think we will easily see 10p if/when they get that deal over the line.
MCAP on ECR if massively undervalued.....£10m for a holder of two licenses in the hottest gold producing area in Victoria gold fields is almost laughable.

Zebbo, Creswick is THE deal to get over the line.
We have 4 interested parties , one of which is the 3rd largest mining company in the world, Newmont.
That kind of company would not be interested in small resource and Craig Brown has previously stated there could be $6 BILLION of hold in Creswick.
With 4 parties interested and ECR having 100% ownership we are in a great negotiating position.
From the interview Craig seemed very confident of a deal being done this year which must mean talks are progressing well.

So with a mcap of c£9m you can see the potential upside here is significant.

The other licence, Balieston, has had two offers rejected by ECR and we will get a programme announced soon to further driling/exploration. With £1.25m in the bank ECR are in a position to take this forward themselves. I cannot see this as a detriment to the SP.

The chances of this going back to 1p are very remote IMHO and if/when a Creswick deal is agreed this will be multiples of the current SP.
