I agree Trumpy.
If further drilling at Creswick was a priority then it would not be as far down the target list as it is.
It indicates to potential partners that we would be willing to go it alone if they try and low ball an offer.
However when/if we do a JV deal on Creswick it means that the existing drilling plan is unaffected as we simply cross that off the bottom of the to do list.

Bookings are good for 2021 due mainly to the FCC.
The test will be when those people go on the cruise and what their experience is when they cannot go ashore unless on a (pricey) shore excursion provided by the cruise company, have to wear masks onboard and all the other social distancing rules that will apply (I/.e reduced capacity to see shows
It's going to be a whole new experience and will be interesting to see how many then re-book for another cruise in 2022.

£25 is a pipe dream here until nearer 2026 -2027 IMHO as there is well over £10bn of high interest debt that will need repaying over the next 5-6 years...... when we finally get sailing again.

Gino, Charting on ECR is good in the short erm , but longer trem I don't think you can apply them as too much potential transformational news will coming over the next month or two.

* Initial drilling updates from HR3
* New licenses granted (or not)...if the license applied for by 4 parties is awarded to us that will be huge.
* And of course Creswick JV.

Any positive from the 3 above could blow 6p out of the water in quick fashion.
On the Creswick JV front I believe the 100m mcap (14p) is the minimum we will see based on other junior miners in a similar position. A good deal could even send it higher.

As always nothing is done until it's done.

I can see the rise potentially continuing to the commissioning RNS (buy on rumour, sell on news ;-), however I think there is a better buying opportunity in my other main share interest.

Just be aware that the Director sold all his holding @7p as he obviously thought that was overpriced so I think that is the upper limited for the foreseeable future....but potentially good profit still to be had here IF the orders come in.

Can't see us going sub 3p as I believe that there is too much value sub 3.3 so there will be a lot of support with buys at these levels.
Never say never though as the markets can be fickle and we have had no news here for a week (LOL).
I think the warrant sell off has given the downward pressure for the last few days.
On the flip side support could come back in and quickly shoot this up to 3.5-3.8 in the blink of an eye judging by what happened last time at this level.

A few may follow DGR's example and take advantage of the drop in GGP which will most likely end 30p + at the end of the day.
If the SP drops here I will take advantage of the drop and load up on some more ECR (just don't tell Mrs Sense)

That's from last year.
ECR are entitled to a 42% R&D refund from the Australian government .
This 42% refund will continue on exploration activity expenditure moving forward.

As I said I think it will stabilize/ rise on commissioning, then it will rise again on the CE mark, then pull back some (but still higher than now) as the herd will arrive at that point pumping the s**t out of the share for a day or two.
The direction from there will be determined by the order book, and if the posters on here are correct and the orders will be confirmed immediately on award of the CE mark then this will continue to rise.
As you know I always balance my posts, so if the orders aren't confirmed quickly we will be back down again.

Hi Bottomzup, A little aggressive for you? i was trying to offer a balanced view.
As I said in my post the commissioning of the machine may arrest the slide...if that's in 24-36 hours then that's not long to wait.
As far as orders are concerned, they may be confident that they can sell the masks , however the market (and SP) will generally not react until orders are confirmed.

I have a small holding here (a few 100 quid) in the off chance it will multibag from here, however I will not be buying any more as the BOD so far has not inspired confidence and I don't have the risk appetite as it stands. I may reconsider once orders are confirmed and will pay the higher SP this will entail if I am more confident of a good return.
If the orders don't materialise then I will cut and run.
Let's see what happens.

DGR, Sorry I meant favourable as in good terms....if we had a chance of a majority deal I would be getting a mortgage for the house and throwing it in here...lol

DGR, I think the GGP comparison is a fair one for the trajectory that the SP may take through the process that we are embarking upon and also gives an idea of mcap possibilities for gold companies.
GGP is always going to be the benchmark that others are measured / given potential against as they have been very successful from a mcap perspective to get where they are now (holders here will hope that ECR are the yardstick in years to come).

As far as SP expectations are concerned there are a few differences and things to note:
* ECR is not financially distressed so there is a good chance that any deal may be on favourable terms.
* ECR's gold is in an area that is easy to access.
* Creswick could hold up to 5m oz
*We could go it alone on Bailieston (GGP were always going to require a JV partner for all licenses)
*Number of shares in ECR will be only c750m once all the warrants are exercised.
* ECR mcap is only c£25m so plenty of potential upside (peers with early stage JV deals seem to be c£90m-£150m and you could argue our resource potential is much higher).
* Craig Brown has experience of taking mines in to production from exploration.

There is more, but I wanted to stick to the main points.

Let the JV partner 'Swiss cheese' Creswick while we prove up Bailieston.
At that point we hopefully have been granted some of the new licenses which enables us to either do another JV on Bailieson without triggering article 15 or the JORC compliance enables us to obtain finance for an area of Bailieston to go in to production which generates income to expand in to the rest of the license and produce it all ourselves over time.
At this period we have the resources and finance to explore Tambo and the other license and rinse and repeat.
ECR would then be an absolute beast compared to the current company (from explorer to producer)

Nothing will stop this falling further unless the machine is commissioned early.
Then they need to get confirmed orders quickly otherwise patience will end for a lot of investors (this is AIM and investors think 20 minutes is a long time!) and the SP will continue to drift.
If the multi-million pound orders that many here are claiming (not yet seen any credible evidence of this) then the SP will bounce back really quickly.
