Gino, You are right, the value is always fair as that's what the market dictates.
The speculation of progress/news is what drives an SP.....the current price is based on the current confidence of progress on the 3 fronts I mentioned. Once more information is available or news comes out then that confidence will increase/ decrease and the SP move accordingly.

Personally with the cash position, licenses we hold, direction given by CB and other research I have done I am confident that this will progress which is why this is by far the largest holding I have. Only time will tell if I am proven correct or not.....

for balance, If you don't believe all 3 will fall through or be poor, then we are overvalued.

Leflic, If you are confident that a JV will be signed then I would say anything under £90m mcap is undervalued.
£90-150m seems to be the range for companies with a decent JV so this should move to 11-18p once the dust settles on a JV.
Then we have Bailieston drill results due which could significantly enhance the SP, and possibly new licenses which would be a big boost if we got the hotly disputed one.

Of course until any of the above are confirmed we will trade in the recent range......but it's undervalued if you believe there will be a positive result from any of the 3 points above.

I said it was coming , but I only expected $1-1.5bn.
$3.5bn seems to suggest that they don't expect a consistent and structured programme of cruises until at least 2022.

The reality is a Director ditched his multi million pound holding @7p as it was too goid an opportunity to miss.
So hoping for anything approaching that or above is extremely optimistic IMHO as its not a difficult sign to read.

Novum's website is s*** ….. last piece of news was May 2019.
Let's hope their dealings with ii's is focused through a different channel.

The 18th refers to the number of golf holes (as per the analogy)as you are well aware.
There are no options expected to be exercised on 18th Feb.

What will they do if the cruise has been to a country which is then added to the red list during the duration of the cruise?
Would the whole ship have to isolate for 10 days.....cancelling subsequent cruises at short notice?

No cruises until at least October. Many countries will not be anywhere near vaccinated until at least then (and then they will be cautious about letting highly populated ships dock)...going to be a rollercoaster for Carnival....let's hope they can get the further debt they will need to operate and be compliant with the regulators.

The RNS says c30m outstanding from the block listing

Shenyang are the warrant holders @ 5p and they have said they are going to remain long term holders of their current 55m shares.
So if/when they do exercise their 27m @ 5p they will not necessarily trade them.

The Last RNS I can find is from the 28th Jan and states just over 749m shares
