Trumpy, We have no clue if a offer has yet been received and if so what that offer is.
So speculating on required actions and grades is pure guesswork.
For all we know they have received a cracking deal and are just working through the legals (again that is pure speculation / optimism as no-one has any indications or insight in to any offers)

No takeover expected...too much value to be unearthed over the next 12 months with JV & drilling to e looking for a takeover at this stage....and has never been hinted at by the BOD

SR123....The SP will be dependent on the next bout of fund raising that was alluded to in the results to ensure the company is regulatory compliant on finances.
They have enough cash to run for the next 12 months, but need more to ensure that they have enough for the regulators so expect another fund raise in the next 6 weeks.

If we find out the MMs have been dropping the price so the new brokers ii's can buy in cheap I will be well pi**ed.

We did not need the extra money as these are warrants that were issued as part of a fund raising in 2017.
Although we did not need it, we do have it! :-)

I'm sure Craig and the rest of the board will adjust the drilling and exploration plans accordingly as this will enable a lot more aggresssion in their planning (2nd rig sooner?)

Agreed...I believe we are already on day 7 of the churn...another 5 should get the job done (if not sooner)

My money is staying here ...once the warrant overhang is cleared (which should be within the next week) then this will gain 20%+ in the blink of an eye back to the 3.6-4p range IMHO...….and that's if we don't get further news.

We know the 55m was coming from Shen and these have been sold for the last week or so which is why we have had the daily drop.
Nice to get confirmation in writing of no planned fund raises (obvious) and £4m in the bank.
Last time we had a Shen warrant RNS we then had the last interview/ update shortly afterwards so keep and eye out for these again.
The joint broker appointment is a big plus as CB is obviously positioning the company for the next step forward.
The timing is interesting as appealing to a wider audience would not be as effective If we were not expecting some sort of progression in the near mid term.

But let's not swamp CB with phone calls.
Only 2 full time staff in thr UK and I'd rather they were dealing with business (for example checking jv contracts;-) rather than spending time reassuring dozens of shareholders on the phone.

I agree, however after the proposal is received it will take few weeks for review, negotiations and legals to be drawn up so we may not get any confirmation until the end of Feb/start of March, unless they make a 'deal agreed in principle' announcement earlier.

Last week some posters was complaining that we were being compared to GGP ...those same posters have been mentioning them all day.

Yes, Definitely setting up their own lab and this point was highlighted by Craig in the latest interview.
* Will get internal results in a day or two (these are unofficial, but will guide the drilling)
*They will significantly reduce the sample size required to be sent to labs for official grading so that we can send them anywhere in the world to accredited testers to get faster results (2-3 weeks instead of 2-3 month's was what Craig said, I believe)

This puts us at a significant advantage over our peers.
