Blanka, Did you remove the 55m warrants that Shenyang exercise last week?
I make it c45m warrants left including the 27.7m @5p. So 17.3m outstanding under the current SP with 11m of these held by the board and consultants to the company... ......so only 3.6m others to be exercised by non-company holders at lower than current SP.
No, None of those awarded were the ones we have applied for. The Magic numbers for the licenses we have applied for are : 7537, 7484, 4486, 7296, 6713, 6907, 6912 & 6911
RE: Predictions for close of business Friday please............1 Feb 2021 23:28
I don't care what the sp is on Friday as the real value will comes with the drilling results, a JV on Creswick or new licenses....and we could get the perfect storm of all 3 in the coming weeks/months. Personally quite surprised we didn't test 4p today so a good opportunity to invest while this is still relatively under the radar.
RE: Predictions for close of business Friday please............1 Feb 2021 23:24
I think between zero and 10m warrants left to exercise at under the current SP. Shen' only have another 20m @ 5p...than that's it. No more monet raises required for 2 years.
RE: Craig Brown Stockbox Interview 1st Feb1 Feb 2021 11:23
For those who cannot spare 17 minutes or be bothered to scroll down 3 pages here is a quick summary....a few others have filled in the blanks so take the time to scroll down a page or two (don't be lazy). Apologies those who have already seen this.
* Sometimes you need to drill deeper than planned as the mineralisation continues. This is happening to us now. *We are getting promising results "Really on target" * We have enough cash to see us to 2023 without further raises. * Shen ($1bn company) have kept their 55m shares and have offered assistance with equipment, technical help and even "ready to build a mine". Craig has met with their CEO. * We are going it alone on Bailieston and not looking to partner. * Black cat within 30km of Fosterville. * HR3 mineralisation pattern looks similar type as Fosterville.
*8 Licenses applied for with 2 of the 3 Bailieston licenses expected to be awarded shortly (that would be huge !)
Creswick * Partner happy with technical *Partner has great technical expertise and would look to develop the project quickly. * "Can certainly get a deal away" * Waiting on some info from the mining department. * Then a few technical & legals to sort out.
So very happy with initial Bailieston results with Shen being a very supportive shareholder. Not farming out Bailieston. Enough cash in the bank for 2 years. Hopeful for 2 additional licenses to be shortly awarded. Creswick deal looks like it is progressing and likely to happen. JV partner would not hang around and would progress Creswick quickly.
One negative...lab not yet built...but hoping to get that done shortly.
Amazingly positive and a lot of newsflow to come over the coming weeks by the look of it.
As long as the partner has the financial capabilities and knowledge and ability to progress the project quickly then I am not too fussed on who it is.
In the interview Craig said the have the latest technical capabilities and experience of bringing multiple $1BN mines in to productions ...that sounds good enough for me.
I disagree Punter. I think a deal is agreed in principal. just waiting for some licensing technical confirmations from the government and then it's over to the legal team.
