WILL fund the aquisition through a deferred issue of 592.8 million shares, currently 29% of the company's capital.

Evening gentlemen, I think that the whole purpose of testing 20m away to such a shallow depth on Tai2 was purely to test and validate the effectiveness of lateral seals as this opens up many future possibilities for highly cost effective shallow drill exploration over many more geographical locations.
It actually proved effective as the 2.2% helium show from Tai 1 was not present at the same depth. In my mind this is fantastic as if seismic can identify bottlenecks and trap seals above suitable reservoir stratigraphy and these areas can be found at shallower depths that have allowed enough vertical stack height for the helium to be released into a free gas form then bingo. DM has always stressed how the worlds big exploration companies would have multiple rigs racing across the prospect area searching for free gas. The latest information allows him to do exactly that on a speedier much reduced budget even throughout the rainy season with the correct smaller rigs. I am not a geologist or expert in any way but this is how I have read the information given to us.
We know Helium is there in huge volumes but the problem is finding it in a free gas form and I for one am sound in the knowledge we have multiple opportunities to search for it now instead of 3/4 expensive wells which may not find free gas. Yes there is a delay in our quest due to equipment and logistics but when we have it on the ground things will get exciting. Meanwhile if we need to go bigger and deeper then we afford some time to aquire bigger rigs and will know exactly the most favourable sites to deploy them. To put it bluntly I feel more confident with the new approach and believe it gives us a greater chance of free gas discovery. Just an opinion after wine on a Friday night so GLA.

Managed to top up a few more at 1.77 this afternoon on HL which surprised me and had to be taken with news flows expected during August and July. Lets hope that Arya is all we could expect and more and that a pick up in mining stocks generally happens after summer holidays end. I do think that Covid 19 restrictions hitting OZ has a big part it the SP as we all remember how we were feeling in the depths of the outbreak but sentiment and an upturn in SP can hopefully return soon.

I don't care if it takes a month as all long term holders here deserve a discovery and then we can all relax and discuss the next stages /drills without the panic of de-risking. This one has been a good learning curve for many of us into mining stocks. I have enjoyed the expert opinions in mining and stock trading alike and would just love to share some success with all of you. Don't over analyse things for a while and fingers crossed everybody.

I have to admit Diversified that I am enjoying the (I can't do anything other than sit on my hands a let GENi do all of the hard work to make us a great return). Compared to the Helium one share where at times you battle grim death to keep your head above water. Lets hopefully enjoy a more controlled ride to success. Regards

@Diversified, I feel exactly the same and I have never been invested in a company with such a small share float. I loved the proactive, we have a tight schedule, we have lots to do and are getting on with it attitude. There were very low numbers of shares traded on certain days last week as I feel all IPO purchasers are going to sit tight and stay quiet and enjoy the ride. Do you think there are many obstacles to us getting FDA approval as we are selling a proven analytical procedure and not a new drug with potential safety issues.

Happy Sunday everybody. Things on the board have settled down since the chaos after last weeks RNS and so I would love to hear views for week ahead. If possible can all of the long term HE1 'ers literally give their best 2 hopes / aspirations foe Helium one activities in the week ahead.
Mine would be :
1) DM delivers the next drill prospect early in the week to hopefully stabilise the share price at this point.
2) Mitchell drilling international step forward and announce how they think they could contribute to future drilling success in this region now that they understand the geology and difficulty drilling certain horizons. They are the drilling experts and our guys the geologists after all. I think that if they could suggest an advanced future procedure with associated costs it would help immensely in share holders confidence.

I don't think we are able to expect any more in the next week but would be great to hear others opinions.

I seem to have settled my mind while thrashing out 50 miles on the bike this afternoon, great head space time.
I was picturing David Minchin sat in a pub with millions in his pocket from a stock market float to go off and do what he has always dreamed of doing, finding helium on the African continent.
A shady bloke in the corner approaches him and says, "here mate you like your helium don't you. I can tell you where there is so much that it bubbles out the ground but before I tell you it is going to cost you 2 million. Now you take a chance as I'm not promising you anything but I can tell you that it is deep and you are going to need a big drill, one bigger than you think in all honesty. I can give you maps and geological horizon details down to 1150m that should make it easier. If you are interested then mines a pint and whiskey chaser and put the cash in an envelope and meet in the carpark in 5 minutes."
Lets face it this is the point we are at and I honestly think that if DM had been in that pub before heading out to Tanzania he would of probably handed the cash over. So we are actually in a good place now with knowledge purchased off the local drunk but it could make us all rich so happy days!!!!!!!!!

Thanks russ the sort of detail we need and like, much appreciated. Do we think that this is the reason DM is talking about other sites with shallower sealing unit horizons so that we can continue on a multi- well exploration using this small bore drill as it represents value. I say value as it came a slight surprise to most of us that Tai 1 was only around 2 million cost. Do we feel that proceeding at any new site with a larger drill diameter and increased cost would be a better approach. I am a little bit worried that continuing to drill more sites with the smaller drill may mean we get good helium show data but not discovery grade gas flows and will lead to funds running out resulting, perhaps in later dilution when either a new funds raise or JV is required. An extremely difficult call and I appreciate the earlier post by Trek suggesting his thoughts on timing fund raise if required. For what it is worth I would go for the larger bore drill at a new site and try for discovery in a clean well. Then if successful head back to Tai to do the same as it is killing me, you and DM and the whole board just not knowing if those lower Karoo sealing units are not where we need to be ultimately. The direction will come shortly from DM but understandable that it will take a while. GLA honest long term holders as we may be in for a wait and here is to the board making some strong well considered decisions.

Thanks for that analysis Glib it is just the post that this board needs at this exact moment and the reason I have enjoyed so many of the long term knowledgable posters over the past few weeks......lets get back to business.

I for one was always excited about the whole project which means all 3 or 4 drills. They have shown helium is present and due to poor hole drill conditions unfortunately were unable to wire line log to true lower targets. I think they may well drill a larger hole at the same site before moving on to test those lower seals. The team will have learnt so much which will make next drills successful. Yes it is only natural we all wanted quick results but we long term holders will take this in our stride and get just as excited over the next move. Chin up everybody we have work to do!

welcome Scoobydoo321 we all seem like minded here and blown away with the potential. I need to quickly release some more funds to direct here if I can as the planned programme of events will be rolling in each quarter and will soon make a few more eyes and ears prick up.

I haven't got the funds to add further tones77777 but I think you are building a passion for this stock like me. Emotions always come into it somewhere but this one just feels so right. I also liked it when they said that the system could be adapted to other illnesses in the future (Covid was mentioned) among others. I'm relatively new to stock selection and with reference to the amount of free float, will this help control MM manipulation or am I dreaming. I suppose what I am asking is how does this affect the progress of a sp as I haven't invested when this has been the case before. With 50 million Euros of research being handed to us I suppose they had to retain plenty for themselves. I just have a naive dream that this stock ticks up steadily with each signing of agreements and successful element of research. I'm not sure if this is also listed in New York or perhaps will be in the future but if we get our tickets stamped to operate in the States then our market is huge. Best of luck to all GENI's

Just for the record I also BELIVE in HE1.

After sitting down the other day and pondering about my lack of stock picking experience I decided to apply some Warren Buffet style approaches where I have got to try and believe in the companies I buy into as most are longer term bets for me. I found GENinCode Plc (GENI). I won't fill this board with how I feel about this venture but excited over the long term only just touches it. Polygenetic testing to identify Cardiovascular disease is the prime service but there is more. If anybody is interested go to the BB for GENinCode as only had IPO recently it won't take 10 mins to read all threads and a Youtube video link to directors presentation is excellent. I only have a small placement but many just joining the BB said how it slipped under their radar. I am very excited and wanted to just highlight the stock as some of the wonderful participants have done to me on HE1 towards other stocks. Happy reading while you wait for Helium.
