Thanks @metis20 much appreciated. So a quick discovery could be performed in no time with the Predator rig and if gas could be flowed at say 2.2% then we are backing a different horse. I wonder if this could be a possibility due to the larger pad size at site and the wonderful investigative work Skittish chichis always fantastically detailed and so far proven correct. Can anybody remember at what depth potential shallow traps were intercepted as once upon a time water rigs were mentioned at lower costs to be mobilised at much lower cost over larger geographic areas. Could we be testing a suitable shallow trap for a quick discovery first? nothing has been indicated yet but surely a possibility de-risk for potential raise for further seismic and drilling plans. The new rig affords us so many options so very exciting times ahead. GLA Swissy

Good morning Helium one drilling and exploration experts, I was wondering if you could put some light on a question I need solving please.

Now that we have our own rig what do we think the cost to drill each well / additional well will be going forward. I ask because if we need to raise medium term on poor results at Tai C for further exploration wells the potential dilution for say 2 more holes. If the cost isn't significant then holding longer term without de-risking by huge percentages at spud might be an option. Your thoughts would be appreciated.

I really do think that Tai C will prove commercial helium but I have carried this hope since the last spud and held all the way. GLA Swissy

@Dai, I think there could be some timeline clarity on the most recent projects given at the presentation to incentivise the offering. We can believe what we believe once we have heard them. The thing is once we have a fuel supplier announced for MSC then surely that supplier can just ramp up for any further trials with other industries that may come from the back of it. MSC can surely press one of their current suppliers into it with the commercial influence that they have. Lets see how next week goes for both QED and HE1 as we could do with one of them relieving our tensions. Cheers Swissy.

@Dai, I completely agree with you and to be quite honest the MSC prize is massive and for a minnow like QED to have made it this far is actually amazing and should not be underestimated as it was always going to take a long time with many hurdles as the big fish will always determine timescales etc. We need the funding to continue and lets face it we could buy 2-3 weeks ago at around 1p on the open market so I don't have a big problem with it myself. Let's say after the raise in the coming weeks they announce the fuel provider and a start date for the trial, where do you think the share price could be?

Well I don't think that the expected dilution and offer price would be able to hold it back as there has been many many years of pent up waiting and expectation for the story start. All IMO SO GLA SWISSY.

A little research is making me think that this should be given speedy consideration from LB.

Supplementary equipment that can be supplied include air packages, kill pumps, cementing equipment, casing running equipment and casing jacks as well as aluminium alloy drill pipe for certain applications using small rigs.

Marriott prides itself in achieving some of the lowest downtime statistics in the industry through comprehensive preventative maintenance and refurbishment programmes, spares holdings and experienced on site mechanics and electricians. Downtime records of less than 0.5% have been recorded in remote parts of Africa, for example.

I am of the thinking that we should just go with the Marriot deal as it appears to be on the table even if we drill second to Noble. If the Civils are all done before it arrives and a good road way in then surely we may even be able to drill at start of rainy season with the rig mobilisation being that close to Noble's first site.

At the least any early RNS declaring this would allow us all to breathe and plan our next moves positively without every body running for the hills. Lets hope we have good news soon. GLA Swissy

Morning Guys, after a good nights sleep I am reflecting on HE1's Friday RNS and actually the share price could look like a buying opportunity in that our share price could surge forward if either Noble or HE1 strike helium first, even if it is just a show discovery. A rig will be close by for the first time in 2 years and lets face it that has been the problem. We could raise at higher levels for say a 3 drill programme at that point and be in a much improved position. Roses can grow out of sh-t, just saying. I hope the nerves are cooling and have a great weekend all, Swissy.

I have got to admit this has been the most exhausting share I have ever owned and can't believe there hasn't been an RNS on the matter this morning. Noble see to have the players and are going to wrap us up completely it is quite unbelievable or is it! The signs have been there for some time.......won't sell this morning as I don't even want to look at what the market might think it today. Hi Guys, I'm at work and haven't got much time to research but Jet2 have dropped 12% on results and Original founder retiring from the board. A quick look on the BB they are saying drop is not justified on results and Director is 75 now so he rightly wants to retire and succession isn't a bad thing at this time. Private investors are just starting to question where the rig is over on the Hot Copper Noble BB. Yes frustrating isn't it guys and it is a question we would all like answering!

I'm still a believer that this can come off and always thought that we have 2-3 weeks left before our timeline dates will disappear but wish they wouldn't always have to take it to the wire especially with radio silence. Keep holding guys and dolls and don't let them get us down. GLA HE1 long term holders.

What exactly is happening with the zero spread overt HE1 as all transactions as from a few minutes ago are showing as unknown due to this zero spread. Just asking as I haven't come across it before. Cheers Swissy.

I thought that Noble's funding for the second drill was all set for August so after mobilisation but before it is actually required but I could be wrong.

What I don't understand is that if HE1 had gone for a 2 well raise last time and had ended up with funds equivalent to that already held by Nob and HE1 then surely we could have secured a rig into Tanzania so what is the difference? Realistically the fact that it is spread between to companies they have the potential for further work in the near future especially if any one hits commercial Helium and to also to a certain extent if they don't as I am sure quick raises would be put into action to retain the rig.

It is early days for anybody to assume we are in disaster territory and 2-3 weeks could play out before we are totally sure with the 4-6 week mobilisation that Lorna declared during last interview. @Dai it is difficult for me as I originally purchased a small holding as wanted to hold long term as I wanted to invest in a green company which appeared to have a great idea and a 'proven' concept. I think it could be big, very big with the right contract and I understood that these contracts were always going to take a long time to get to commercial renumeration phase. I'm in at around 3p so down at moment but not over committed so don't feel vulnerable on this one.

The problem I have is that I do see huge potential even with further fund raises as SP could grow rapidly if they succeed, way above my holding price. I know that the markets are very challenging at the moment but this share hit 5p when some black treacle arrived for testing in 2 barrels from Valkor an age ago.

Ok to answer your question I do think Morocco trial will start in the next 2-3 weeks but not 100% at how much revenue that a successful trial would bring on its own although proof of concept to the open market would be valuable.

Utah has too many question marks at the moment until much later in the year or next and so see this as a lucky add-on if it happens.

My money is on MSC starting the trial and I think news could hit us in the next 4-8 weeks and this alone will be the biggest advertisement for QED on a global scale and i expect that others will follow. Therefore I personally believe that if you currently hold in low single digits then this could seem insignificant even with dilution on success.

My question to you Dai is what size of funds do they raise as we don't seem to have any indication on requirements from QED at this stage?

Lorna did say in the last interview that it would only take 4-6 weeks to get the rig into Tanzania so we do still have time even for an August spud surely. Yes things are down to the wire as usual but we have got to hope that Comms come in the next week surely!!!!!!

@Dai, I am in QED and presume that you still hold them as well and it was obvious to both of us that in the past 2 weeks 1p was a very low price even with the managements track record of attaining sales. Even so it wasn't going to take the big news we are expecting to take the price up say 20-30% but I couldn't make myself buy more as have held with disappointment /hope for 2 years. Over 100% was achieved since then as we know and another 100% plus could happen in the blink of an eye from here. What I am trying to say is that trading with a strategy for lower margins removes an awful lot of the emotion required to press the button an execute the trade. I'm not an expert as you know but I would like to feel the results of being one someday. Cheers Swissy.

Exactly my sentiment and strategy with the advice I give to my partner and she is performing well above my more riskier strategy. There are a lot of shares out there which deviate between 5-10% on a regular basis with much lower risks attached. The dream of the big one is always going to draw us in as we are the proverbial excitement seekers.

I have promised myself that any potential gains form my HE1 investment will be utilised in this manner.....if I remember to get out quick enough when it happens.......oh yes I do believe it will you know.......but we are not there quite yet lol!

Just one thought is that if we all start jumping in and out on 5% gains I won't have enough time to read and keep up on all of the active threads on the BB.

Sorry if this has been posted before but NHE Ceo Justyn Wood was talking to Resources Roadhouse at the 2023 Gold Coast investment Show about Nobles Helium project in Tanzania and during the very last few seconds of the interview he says with enthusiasm that they will be doing the first drill in September. The interview is on Youtube and dates 7 days ago but not sure if that was when it was recorded. Anyway we all seem desperate for any morsel of info right now so that is why I mentioned it.
