I was just watching the last investor presentation to sift through the geological drill site details and noticed that obviously this time we will be drilling the geological horizons within closure this time and in particular the Base lake beds and Base Nsungwe Layers where we had helium shows last time. However being on the correct side of the fault as shown in the graphics and discussed by LB it appears that these horizons beneath Tai-C site are at substantially higher levels than at Tai-1 and as such should be reached very quickly with the more powerful Rig that we are now using. Is this the reason that the company is confident in accessing very quick helium shows and as such if being 'opportunistic' would not need to be very long into the drill to be placing a raise or alternatively holders into results would probably not have to wait long before sp is stimulated by helium shows. I am a long term holder and will probably have to hold well into these shows so feel positive about my new understanding but would obviously welcome any information that can be added or corrected about the depth of these seals and closures at Tai-C by those that are more informed. There are quite a few other business activities that should start to show upticks in revenues in the short / medium term and some which should start to bolster up our revenues which could start to be shown in the next set of interim results.

1) Agreed implementation of LipidinCode NHS Plan

2) CardioinCode implementing into Spanish Andalucia and Catalunya regions.

3) Expansions in Italy.

4) LipidinCode Collaboration into German markets through Unikinikum (based on our NHS model which has proven successful).

5) Steps to commissioning our Risk of ovarian Cancer Algorithim (ROCA) within the NHS as we await NICE guideline feedback.

6) Introduction of CardioinCode into NHS.

It will be interesting to see these projects maturing and ultimately making additions to the revenues as that is why we are all here. GLA Swissy

Hi guys, if HE1 did raise at what level / value do you think they would ask. We own the rig now and must have negotiated the crew etc staying on in the case of a duster so surely they wouldn't need another seismic as they must have other potential closure and trap options within Tai area. We were told that a water rig could be used originally as there are potentially many shallow traps down 200m. A raise to do seismic etc in our other prospect areas would surely come after this drill as we all know that there would be a necessity for it. I am miffed at what has gone on with the sp but I can guarantee we won't know the true reasons for it. GLA Swissy

Well that is number 3) from my list ticked off nicely. M. Walls is all about delivering to prove performance which I like very much and constantly builds in the background and forms great foundations for our future projection to a higher place. GLA and DYOR Swissy.

You are welcome @ConorM and I really felt the need to write it down so that I could remain abreast of all activities being worked on hard in the background. This BB only seems to get posts literally as events are declared in RNS format but I feel many are unaware of all the great efforts constantly being put in by the team as they are achieving great steps forward.

Regards to any future raise M Walls genuinely declared that in his opinion and looking at suggested forecasts in sales projections that it would be the last raise required as commercialisation has already started and growth achieved to date. This in my opinion makes the current SP very attractive as I would have thought that a raise would be best placed after FDA approval is granted and hopefully at a much higher price ( are we looking at full 6 months from submission or could it arrive early as the pre submission was done with much care and attention to detail to make it work first time!) Don't forget that LipidinCode has been pushed ahead of schedule in the USA and growth should be shown over coming months with that offering alone. Lets hope for great interim results and if the talk of Pharma tie ins start to materialise (M Walls has suggested this on more than one occasion now), although this would possibly be more appropriate after FDA approval.

Everything considered I see our position becoming strengthened over the second half of this year so that we should start to motor along nicely in H1 2024.

That a re-rate of our current SP could happen. I still think we are flying beneath the radar but will certainly come into vision of a much larger international audience with expected FDA approval.

I am certainly hoping they are @donmac101 and they should make very interesting reading because there are many imminent factors that should be giving an uplift to revenues and further events that should also bolster up the SP such as:

1) interims should show EU expansion of CardioinCode (CIC) and Lipidincode revenues. Revenues are expected to be up50% half year and unto 100% increase by end of full year..

2)The expected uplift in revenues are accretive and suggestions of £1.4m this year i.e. double last year and projections suggesting doubling up again next year. Hopefully these figures will be supported by the expressed figures at the interims.

3) A presentation by Kaiser Permente in August 2023 of CIC results within their operating zone at ESC annual meeting will show positive results from the research undertaken and should put CIC as the leading diagnostic in the field.

4) Paul Foulger- CFO was suggesting approx £6m of cash revenues left with a cash runway into early 2024.

5) In our primary market of the USAwe have

a) FDA 510K filing submitted. This has taken longer than first thought but the FDA wanted to see more details of results from a higher volume of labs within collaborating partners in different states for the CIC kit based product. This looks to have been achieved.

b)Expansion of sales team underway.

c) Appointment of a Revenue Cycle Manager to coordinate payments and reimbursements which is critical for when FDA approval is granted.

d) CPT PLA Coding approval for reimbursement.

e) Pricing strategy and advancing Clinical Lab fee Schedule (CLFS) AND MolDx submission.

f) We are well underway in a 12-18 month cascade roll out of an early access program to product adoption 2013 that will cover nearly all Tier 1 institutions in USA.

g) We will are expecting an expanded launch of CIC Kit based product in early 2024 Q1 which will add the the existing Lab diagnostic services product. On from this revenues are expected in Q1 2024 from Kit based product.

I feel greatly encouraged by the progress made so far in what seems to be an exceptionally well run company with Matthew Walls as CEO and as he suggested GeninCode are expecting with forecasts to be heading for breakeven in the medium term (24 months suggested). Yes , with expected FDA approvals they may need to raise again to jumpstart and accelerate the sales early next year but the size of raise has not been determined and will be used for product development but soley for sales and lab based services i.e. directly increasing revenue streams. Mr. Walls talked about the difficulties experienced in capital markets at present but did hint that as most activity will be in the USA then this may open up alternative investment opportunities (55.18sec last investor meet company presentation). I was seriously hoping for above 10p right now possibly 12p, KR. Having spoken to a friend that worked for Baker Hughes in Africa, he suggested that getting a rig crew should not be a problem at all so don't see this as an issue. The two years of messing around has not helped our cause and the markets are hard right now so stupid unwarranted rises won't happen easily this time. I think we will drill in September and I would not have held this long if I didn't believe helium is down there. I would have loved close to 20p at spud to de-risk and leave a little in but I'm thinking off maybe getting out between 10-20p if or when that happens. So many peeps are advertising how they are getting out at spud this time whereas last time it was all talk about hitting helium. If I had a big enough pair I will hold until we get helium shows as surely this would lift the price and if we don't get any then even LB will be looking for a new position.

I did feel that there was more to the board restructuring than the info we got told us.. It felt to me that a possible off-taker or joint venture could have insisted on getting shot of expensive overheads that would not be needed if a discovery is made as full resources would be available from the internal pool of experts they may already have. All total speculation but it was weird how close to spud they exited HE1.

POD POINT have risen approx 24% since the dip a couple of weeks ago. I didn't have spare funds to take advantage this time as HE1 still seem to want to hols onto my money for now and probably long into September :(

@Skittish thanks so much for all of the concentrated investigative work that you have done and considered sharing with us all over previous weeks. Much of what you have observed and reported to us has come true and so the question of the extra 'out of closure' ground works had me wondering if it could be the work of others? By this I mean could it be the ground works of a possible production plant by a future JV partner and or off takers. That would mean HE1 wouldn't have to declare anything until agreements are signed and as we are not contributing to the costs then we wouldn't need to declare it financially either at this point. I have absolutely no evidence of this being the case at all but wouldn't be out of the realms of a small exploration company at this stage of development. Maybe we could find out on Wednesday. This is all an "over the weekend with to much time thinking type guess" but non of us know what may materialise next week.

let's hope that drilling programme, drill crew and mobilisation of rig to site are the bare minimum that comes out of Wednesday so that our resident drilling experts can wow us with their knowledge and insights.

Many people on the HE1 board seen anxious about a rig crew holding up events at HE1 but over the weekend I was able to quiz an ex rig logistics manager that had worked for Baker Hughes in East Africa and the middle East and he suggested that shouldn't be much of a task to gather a crew for land based rig and that many tasks can be undertaken by local services. The quality of the drill manager is the important piece and I think they have that sorted. I didn't expect that info to come my way sat in canal side pub! Let's hope this show is about to get on the road, GLA CHEERS (LITERALLY) Swissy.

@Cyberton My way of looking at this next drill and any sp movement is quite simple. If back in 2021 at Tai1 with the failed well hole wash out DM had sent out an RNS straight the way saying we are going again asap with an oil and gas rig which can be done before the rains start to prove up the helium shows they encountered then what would have happened to the sp then?......... Exactly! When the full present status of HE1 is declared in all it's glory with pictures and updates over the next few weeks I believe the offering will be very difficult to resist indeed. All in MHO but you decide folks.

I was also looking at Podpoint (PODP) which dropped 33% today and wondered how you see this going. Charging points are surely going to be a big part of the future and it has been recent past EV supply chain issues affecting order book and profits but this has to turn at some point. They do supply commercial and the general public but how quickly the supply chain issues can be turned around is the big question. A longer term hold perhaps? Cheers Swissy.
