I hope you make a fortune Troajan with HE1 so that I can salvage a couple of hundred quid out of the biggest mistake that I have ever made in stocks. Whatever I get out of HE1 will be ploughed into GENI as we are only a few months from FDA approval on CIC and the open market price is now 5p which is an all time low and level with the recent retail offer. GENI should be fully funded into turning profit in 2025 if all things go well but I'm expecting a decent rise in sp with FDA approval and updates on revenues in Europe and USA. What price does everybody feel HE1 could reach with a strong discovery without too many question marks surrounding it? GLA with all of your 2024 investments, cheers Swissy.

Recent placing raised £4m from ii but only raised just over £57,000 out of possible £1m from pi. Offer price was 5p on 7% below actual sp. I suppose a retail offer that occurred during Christmas week was always a hard call, however will this mean that sp might stay around 5p right up to news of FDA approval end of Q1 early Q2. One to watch as I do think there is a possibility of a strong rise when FDA approval lands. I have been wrong before but if you remember it shot up from around 8p into low 20's last time on Clia Lab approval. Anyway good luck and good health for 2024, cheers Swissy.

The potential OF BIO MSAR IS massive and the world and the environment need it like yesterday. The problem is that we are a small fish in an ocean of leviathans that will always call the shots regards price, timing and every other contract detail. We have to wait and fund and wait some more if we even stand a chance. Personally I think it is close but in reality that could mean sometime in 2024. My small holding there will just wait and see with patience for now. Still trying to mentally deal with the HE1 Deceit and lose to my portfolio. I will not average down this time and have probably written the wholesome off. Just like you I feel that anything above 0.5p will probably make depress the sell button and clear the bar stewards out go my life as HE1 has taken far too much of my attention over the last 2.5 years. @mroak, I think that because the FDA submission was held back as the FDA had a requirement that CIC was submitted to more individual states medical institutions for preliminary diagnosis testing. Subsequently I believe the BOD didn't want to raise before submission was placed. It appears that they have done a very through job pre submission to try and mitigate any objections going forward. We should be pleased with this very professional approach and fingers crossed we should be rewarded with our De Novo application. The fact that we are so closely involved with the FDA during this Novel product application must surely put us in a great position for subsequent applications for approval of our other products going forward. Exciting times are not too far away and I for one think that this BOD have shown huge adaptability making things work and I believe that they will make the £4m work for us all. I must admit that an investor placing smack bang in the middle of Christmas week was always a tall order and was wondering if the institutional investors will be allowed to take up any spare capacity. Well just £57378 taken up on the retail offer which is a disappointing result but kind of understandable. Current market conditions are atrocious for funding by private investors on AIM at the moment and could be a result of the FDA submission taking much longer than suggested when GENI first listed on AIM. They management have worked tirelessly ever since but many early investors hold at much higher averages to todays sp (IPO approx 40p) offer and perhaps they want to see some tangible return to a higher sp before committing more funds even with the great potential here. If the FDA approval was due in early Q1 2024 then things might have been different but suggesting in could be into Q2 makes some investors think that it could slip further down the road into H2 2024. I hope and don't think that this will be the case but as suggested by other posters an update on revenues could have shed enough light for some investors to give their support now. So just over £4m pledged so lets get that FDA ball rolling. Still feeling very positive but DYOR and GLA Swissy.

If the Retail offer is successful then they should get £5m in total and initially at the last presentation they only thought £8m max would be required and that was to be the last anticipated Placement before revenues fully supported our activities. Perhaps revenues are already exceeding expectations and they only require £5m or perhaps it is all they need medium term and can raise the remainder after FDA approval at a higher SP. Either way it looks like value to me at the current sp. GLA and lets hope that approval comes in Q1 2024 or at least early Q2 2024. Here is to a good New Years, cheers Swissy.

Sorry I didn't read the Offer properly as Retail offer will be for 20,000,000 shares and I believe it will be in January but the discount is only about 7% and is exactly the same as the Placing price. It puts HE1's discount into perspective!!!!!!!

@Dai, GeninCode have now done a raise as determined at the last investor meet presentation @ 5p (sp was 5.375p) and directors have all participated. The placement was for £4m and three will also be a retail offering to probably raise another £4m. This should give the marketing and infrastructure push after FDA approval end Q1 early Q2 2024. The talk on the BB is that this will now support the sp and on FDA approval could show significant rises to sp as there is still a relatively small free share float in total. If the sp settles at the offer price then this could be a great opportunity to load up and wait for the news. Share holders are expecting an early incomes review as these have already been on the increase anyway which could give further support.

Just a heads up and DYOR but I need to forget HE1 and have written my holding off there as I need to give mental capacity to companies I believe in. Have a great Christmas everyone, cheers Swissy.

Hello Skittish, as I have said before we must all thank you for your amazing research and dedication to finding out the finest details of HE1 activities. You noted that to become a strategic partner for drilling activity involving the Tanzanian Government then HE1 would need to prove financial capability. You don't think that the rabbit needed from the hat could be HE1 BOD trying to find financial backing to drill Itumbula and also prepare for such a collaboration with the Tanzanian Government. LB did say on proactive interview that she was wanting to get results from Itumbula and prepare for future drilling activities in the months beyond attaining those results.

Maybe I'm grasping at straws but that plan could fit as we seem to be stranded waiting for more than just a straightforward raise to finance 1 drill ( and we must have some cash in the bank towards it as I do not believe we are flat broke at this point). If such a deal was going on in the background then that could also explain the unsolicited offer approaches being made at a point when HE1 was declaring no free gas samples at Tai C which also doesn't seem right in my view. I hope my suspicions are right as it could help the sp in the medium term.

What exactly is going on at HE1 right now as there is pandemonium on the BB. HE1 must still have a decent amount of cash in the bank and should really only need contingency cash to drill Itumbula so why is there talks of a total collapse? I know that things are tight and hi risk having just this drill and back to Tai 3 to drill to basement but hwy shouts of total collapse. Peeps are saying that there is no chairman listed to be present at the AGM and that LB is listed as chief geologist and not CEO for the event but I haven't checked that out myself yet as busy at work. What a nightmare....... any ideas guys?

@Dai, yes I was reading the COP28 Hype all last week and weekend and was smiling at how out of control the excitement was getting but didn't sell as I really think that the SP deserves to be based just above this level anyway. I did think that there would be a pull back as any no RNS day from now on will be doomed as a failure. Happy to wait until Christmas but almost know that the can could be kicked again and a raise due soon if UTAH doesn't materialise into some cash inflows. I actually feel that QED are in a better position right now to actually put in a placing as lots of potential news due medium term.I only have a small holding here so I don't feel the need to jump in and out. If it had reached 3.5-3.8p then I would probably of sold and watched for further developments. Cheers Swissy.

Do you think that it could be a subsidiary with ref to tie in with Tanzania Gov and drilling in our other region as you suggested before Skittish? Perhaps some questions can be answered at the AGM!

I know that we all think they should have kept stum until rig repaired but timing isn't always perfect. Years ago I employed 10 men and our business had a hiccup on finances due to an unforeseen issue and so we had to race to the bank for a loan. We would have had to let most of the employees go just before Christmas but the loan was secured and non of them were the wiser. The difference being that HE1 have to notify us due to regulation and obviously couldn't see that rig repair and potential spud date in January allowed for a quick cash flow adjustment in a difficult market.

We have a fault play to look forward to and I personally have always believed that this was the approach to be adopted by HE1 from the outset. I can't bail at this price but there is always some positives to direct your efforts at and Itumbula is it for us. Stay positive Dai and wait for details and don't twist yourself into unnecessary stress as it isn't worth it as we are not in control (apart from pressing the buy or sell button!) Look what has happened each time HE1 has done this to us and in hindsight you could have bought low and traded these lows to your advantage and so could pre AGM prices be that time as the raise has been factored in already. If we are funded and have to drill after the rains then so what. I hope this doesn't affect all of your Christmas's or even beyond but feel the faith if you are in a tight position. GLA Swissy.

I have been re-reading the RNS and listening to LB Interview on proactive and it seems to me that the talk of HE1 being bust on the HE1 BB are over done. Yes delays are always going to drop the sp but they are trying to rectify rig problems in Tanzania and have had extra costs. The raise is said to be to cover contingency costs at Itumbula and not for the whole Drill costs and this would seem prudent to sort this before you start drilling with a delay during rig repairs to allow for this to be put in place. Things aren't looking brilliant but we were close to running out of time to drill this year anyway so some very much needed repairs and finance adjustments at this time seems appropriate. I don't like the situation at all but will wait for AGM details and size of raise required before kissing Xmas goodbye lol. Xmas 2025 that is! I know this is probably covering old ground and past posts during investor speculation over the months but during the AGM approx 01.41 Miles was talking about the the major trading company that was due to sign agreements for supply and that they could offer the biofuel elements and oil elements to produce our products and that they are both refiners and fuel bunker service providers. He also said that behind the scenes ICC Sustainability Certification was required to get the tax Credits from the Dutch Tax System. He then looked sheepish as if he had said too much or given too much away. Does this help to narrow down the potential Mayor Trading Company that fits all of this criteria in this declared location or are all of the Majors based there? Thinks are starting to get interesting, GLA Swissy.
