I think QED sprite is because of the investor meet presentation next Tuesday and pumpers always shout that there could be a juicy RNS a day or so before to give the BOD an easier ride through the presentation and to get a good uptake on the open offer. In the past there hasn't been many juicy RNS's but they must be getting close soon.

Was that on QED Dai as I was doing dummy trades in the morning pressing re-quote over and over and suddenly out of the blue came the lowest offer of the day. I didn't take it because without news backing this raise up within 10-14 days then I think lower prices could materialise, just my thoughts nothing to back it up. I could buy the same amount of shares for almost half what I sold for a few weeks back so it was very tempting.

The first trade was mine Dai as I was just doing a test trade and my partner came in to talk to me and my cursor must have been over the buy button and when I looked down it said trade successfully executed. I had to laugh but was happy enough with the purchase although I was about to test it out on QED lol! Perhaps it is a sign? Yep QED to sky rocket on news tomorrow knowing my luck or could Geni be on the turn? GLA with every trade you make by mistake lol! Cheers Swissy

Dai, wow we must be mind readers on the QED fund raise being close and in it rolled after hours. It isn't for too much either so should get easily snapped up pretty quickly and nice that they are offering to LTH as well. Let's see what the open market price is tomorrow as we might be able to grab a few. near to 1.25p. Cheers Swissy.

Time to keep a close eye on things at QED for a while. Thanks for the update Dai as I'm busy working on the house and can't keep up with events all day. I agree that the sp should form a more solid base after a raise and I would consider buying back in then. Cheers Swissy.

Dai you are right as I don't know where the raise has gone at QED either. It is almost like the BOD have something going on in the background which is so definite that they are not stressed at all about finance. Would you see it as a buy in if it drops on funding news? I would be tempted as even if they don't ever get a supply contract I'm sure the sp would rise initially quite strongly purely on anticipation of a deal being possible in an extended time frame.

@Dai, the one thing that the BOD at Geni have always done is to give a verbal notice of any future raises during investor presentations including the anticipated amount which has been very different to other AIM companies that we have both been invested in.

Difficult to say exactly Dai how long the cash will last as they have ramped up infrastructure for a sales push into 2024 and have been spending £750K per month but they said that they are able to easily manipulate and reduce expenses if required but that isn't the desired strategy at this critical point. First half revenues showed £1m but they were expecting to increase this 100% by year end. Revenue streams should increase rapidly after FDA approval as many top tier institutions have been held into a product experience period for free while waiting for approval and most are to be converted into paying customers soon after with health insurance payments for the test already agreed at approx $750 a test with the clearing systems. Customers have already been able to pay for the test out of pocket through our California CLIA Lab but FDA approval will allow our kits to be sold, processed and remunerated via health insurance and through medical institutions own CLIA labs. They are expecting to be breakeven in early to mid 2025 and profit driven into 2026.

I suppose that it all boils down to current revenue streams but they were expecting a raise of £8m last time so there could be another raise but hopefully at a higher price. They also suggested that an £8m raise would most possibly be the last raise required before profitability.

Geni has always had big swings with low volumes but it does seem to have found a floor around the 3.5p which is 30% under the last raise of 5p when board members bought in. It could drop lower but I 'm not expecting it to fall by a lot unless the FDA approval hits any delays. 3.49p has been the lowest buy that I have achieved and that has been with trying constantly with different sized amounts.

3.5p gives a market cap of about half that at IPO when we had a lot of work to do ahead andwith this work almost complete now and revenues now being achieved through Europe, the NHS and our CLIA lab in California. If we regained have of the original market cap it would put us towards 12p which I expect could happen readily with the right news. My personal thoughts have long been that we could have a buy out approach sometime after FDA approval as the number of Bio analytical companies of huge size that operate in the States could buy us out with small change and they don't like foreign companies leading the fielding in their own back yard. In the past Mathew Walls has always mentioned tie ins with Pharma companies that supply applicable drugs after our analysis. The North East NHS trust can pull in £40K/ month already which is getting on for £500k /year and there are 13 trusts to expand into with funding and they are already in discussions with West Midlands and one other region.

Nothing is definite in AIM as we all know but I like the risk reward in Geni and we could find out within the next 6 weeks fingers crossed. GLA and DYOR Swissy.

Was that your 300,000 trade then Tro that went through mid morning and rattled it 3% higher? I managed to catch a small top up @3.49p the other day as I thought this seems to be resisting dropping further. News could be within the next 4-6 weeks so anyone on the sidelines surely can't expect together in a lot lower! I do have a tiny bit of dry powder just in case she goes below 3.5 again. I agree that 12p-15p could be hit very quickly as that would still only put a market cap of about half what it was at IPO i.e at 12p = 21235200 (this includes the recent dilution) and I'm sure it was 40000000 @IPO when we had all the work to be done ahead of us. The BOD also said that they thought they were conservative to comparable peers at the time but wanted to be realistic with the IPO share price. Yes a piece os salt or two required there but still puts todays position a possible future sp uplift into perspective.

Typing error as I meant to say that I don't think it will keep drifting a lot lower before FDA approval.

It is crazy that we are 30% below the last raise when directors bought in at 5p and it is all down to no news which as stated by the RNS has not gone by timescale yet and as far as we all know nothing significant has changed. Anywhere between 3.2p and 3.5p seems very good value in my opinion. I would think that it could just drift a lot lower before time schedules are extended if in deed they ever are going to be. I have always been positive about Geni am so I'm prepared to hold, sit and wait now as it has never been a traders stock on volume alone. Best of luck all holders.

Hi Scoredagainsteps, what are your thoughts on the immediate upside to sp when we get FDA approval? There is nothing to say that a} another news could drop before hand to tickle the sp upwards before FDA news. I was tempted to buy a few @3.5p with a little bit left for April but only so I don't miss the boat lol!. Best of luck with catching the absolute bottom even if it has already come. I was just having a lazy, rainy Sunday afternoon so I watch the last investor meet presentation again and had exactly the same thought. Also German revenues should start to appear and it would be great for further NHS regions to take on Lipidin Code as I think that the North East trust alone can bring in £40,000 / Month which is £480,000 / year. News will appear soon we hope!
